見到大圍開了新斗記, 所以去試一試出名的即燒乳豬。食落真係唔覺有咩特別, 可能祗是新鮮燒出來; 較為脆皮罷了。其餘各款小菜都是一般水準(而且略為咸), 有點失望。果隻雞上菜時, 我仲以為係攪錯咗; 與普通的例牌大小差不多 !有點覺得俾人搵老襯。招呼真係一般般, 不太願意再光顧啦。

This was the 3rd time and will be the last dining there Food was OK but not worth the money.4 of us ordered very simple dishes, no wine, no beer, and cost us nearly $900 The portion of the food were pathetically small especially for the Chinese cabbage bowl, I think it is reasonably to expect one will have 3 to 4 cabbage leaves, WRONG :huffy for something around $60, you can only have 1 to 2 top !Come on, raw vegi is not that expensive, have some moral responsibility.....!Don't let them rip you

The portion of the food were pathetically small especially for the Chinese cabbage bowl, I think it is reasonably to expect one will have 3 to 4 cabbage leaves, WRONG :huffy for something around $60, you can only have 1 to 2 top !

Come on, raw vegi is not that expensive, have some moral responsibility.....!

舊年去過新斗記嘆中午茶,雖然價錢較一舨酒樓偏貴,不過食物同服務都可以,所以今次趁新年再同家人去。當日中午12點去到,我地4位要等5張枱,应該點都唔會等太耐吧,點知.......个位知客不斷比熟人先入去,兼且佢就不斷收利是,我地就足足等左2个鐘,出聲追問佢,佢就話下一張枱輪到妳,咁係咪一肚火呢?!雖然上次食過,內裡食物同環境確係唔錯,但當日咁多人等緊位,以咁嘅入坐安排,真係好唔滿意囉!最後我地有位都唔去食,寧願去隔離細檔嘅“粵軒”再等位,都唔想幫親新斗記!

今晚心血來潮想試下新斗記,冇訂到位,一到門口問個女知客有冇位,佢話要等,我問佢要等幾耐,佢一句DUD埋嚟話:「答你唔到噃!」,我話佢服態度差,之後擰轉身走,佢竟然講粗口鬧我(真係講粗口,唔係講笑)。我本來想打電話去投訴,但個電話打唔通。莫非門口個知客係老闆本人? :生意唔憂做想趕咁啲客? 如果唔係點解一個知客可以咁囂張?

終於有時間到新斗記開飯。我們早上十一時半到達, 但門外已有人客在等位, 等了一陣, 知客通知可以入內, 一進店內, 才發現食客不多, 但為何要等位呢?? 原來此店不設搭枱, 故大廳內只見一枱得三數名客人, 個人覺得好浪費空間, 不能善用資源。觀乎大圍區內的酒樓, 如粵軒, 明星 甚至以前的江南美廚, 一樣有搭枱的安排, 這樣可以多做生意, 不好嗎??知客安排我們坐於房間內, 內裡有五張四人枱, 兩張二人枱, 沒多久, 已全部坐滿。看看餐牌, 我們先點了一份午市套餐 A 餐, 有金牌燒鵝1/4 隻, 薑汁炒芥蘭 及 上湯米粉一窩 ($118)。食物很快送來, 金牌燒鵝上枱時仍暖的, 味道不錯, 加上炒芥蘭及米粉, 二人食已很飽。接著我再點了兩款點心, 古法馬拉糕 (小點) 及 香滑牛肉腸粉 (大點)。點心熱辣送上, 馬拉糕香噴噴, 還很鬆軟呢。至於腸粉, 就有點敗筆, 牛肉腸粉本身沒有問題, 問題出於豉油這裡, 侍應誤將喼汁當作豉油淋於腸粉上, 令腸粉變酸, 失望。最後結帳連茶位及加一服務費, 合共 $178。

腸粉本身沒有問題, 問題出於豉油這裡, 侍應誤將喼汁當作豉油淋於腸粉
上, 令腸粉變酸, 失望。
最後結帳連茶位及加一服務費, 合共 $178。

和朋友路經就走入去試吓,叫了很多很好吃,下次會去佐敦那間試吓金牌即燒乳豬--入口有鬆化酥脆的感覺,又不油膩豉油皇鵝腸--鵝腸有把肥膏刮去,鹵水汁醃得入味,口感及味道很好滷水乳鴿皇--肉質入口嫩滑肉嫩,醃得夠入味者者唐生菜--生菜爽脆入味,炒得很香金瑤琵琶豆腐--豆腐好嫩又夠味果皮蒸泥鐈-- 果皮味蒸得好香,魚汁送飯一流,泥鐈很新鮮,魚肉感覺很滑很香魚味泥鯭粥-- 冇得頂呀!! 唔太鍾意食粥ge我都贊不絕口..極鮮甜.粥底好綿.有白果.腐竹.陳皮香.一流豉油皇炒麵--全部人都話好好味直得一去再去...
