💜還要誇誇它家這個濃湯雞湯,跟我在日本喝的雞湯拉麵,非常接近水準,真的香濃。

重頭戲啦!黎到串燒店冇理由唔食串燒
首先講返職員會先拎一個調味盤入面放左柚子胡椒、黃芥辣、辣椒粉、青檸及檸檬,可以因應自己口味進行配搭!
而且本店採用備長碳炭燒,令到串燒更惹味😛

介紹返最有名嘅雞串燒
提燈 - 樣子長得好得意,其實佢係雞嘅輸卵管加未受精未形成蛋殼嘅蛋黃。蛋黃部份食落去口感煙韌,蛋味更為濃郁!輸卵管部份接近雞蛋部份質感是比較軟身
後面嗰part係比較有咬口,一個串燒三種口感!🫢

雞爽肉 - 接近肋骨的肌肉及跟腱部份,特別有咬口,相對來講呢個部份雞味最突出!

雞皮-雞皮簡直係串燒中既恩物,淡淡炭燒香,油份已經全部迫晒出嚟,食落去非常香脆美味,再配搭青檸汁一齊食,酸酸甜甜簡直係人間美食😍呢個真係要encore!

大根-汁燒蘿蔔,食落去非常juicy,食到蘿蔔嘅清甜!

秋葵-秋葵都有驚喜上面鋪滿木魚絲,充滿日本風味😍😍
