我都好耐無去人和度食野喇,仲記得以前個間人和係係鵝頸橋個頭,唔知幾耐之前就搬左過去渣甸街呢邊。前幾日,同個朋友行下街,跟住遊蕩到渣甸街一帶,之後見到間人和,就好自然想入去試下有無失到水準。黎親人和一定係會叫魚肉煎豆腐黎食,很香口,係即叫即煎,加埋店鋪的辣醬,水準依然。但我個朋友,有少少唔太舒服,所以我地就叫左柴魚花生粥同埋炒麵,個花生粥都幾鮮甜美味,今次我都係第一次係人和呢度叫粥食,都算唔錯啦。至於炒麵個方面,麵身很乾爽,不過鹹。最後,埋尾就一定係會叫碗原味豆腐花,咩糖都唔洗落,就咁食已經好有豆味。就咁從豆腐花從外觀睇,已經係覺得好滑,豆腐花比較軟身。 咁耐無食人和d野食,唔到都仲保持到水準,舊都係咁好味。

二零一五年一月六日 星期二 約五時三十分 晴天-溫書過後 肚子有點餓 但又要回家吃飯 由天后走到銅鑼灣 找點兒吃的   -進入人和荳品廠 滿多人 挺吵耳 幸好不用等候 看過餐牌 只有幾款有關豆品食物 款式不多 但全部都十分便宜 打量一會 只點了一杯豆漿 豆漿:一喝下去直接衝擊喉嚨 冰涼的感覺令小編精神為之一振 十分爽快 可是豆香不濃 甜味差點搶了豆漿的位置-喝一杯豆漿的時間 坐在小編對面的客人已轉了兩次 店內人流有增無減 沒想到在天價租金的都市中 還以為能幸存的都是大集團 尤其是在銅鑼灣這些商業中心區 租金昂貴得甚至超過美國城市 故有不少商戶都把租金轉嫁至消費者 令消費者卻步可是這店鋪 最昂貴的食物都不超過三十元 吸引很多顧客 有很多更是常客 未開口店員就知道客人想點什麼 這親切不是所有店都能帶給客人的 這店無懼租金昂貴 既能適應速食文化 同時能捉著與客人的聯繫 實在難得

喝一杯豆漿的時間 坐在小編對面的客人已轉了兩次 店內人流有增無減 沒想到在天價租金的都市中 還以為能幸存的都是大集團 尤其是在銅鑼灣這些商業中心區 租金昂貴得甚至超過美國城市 故有不少商戶都把租金轉嫁至消費者 令消費者卻步
可是這店鋪 最昂貴的食物都不超過三十元 吸引很多顧客 有很多更是常客 未開口店員就知道客人想點什麼 這親切不是所有店都能帶給客人的 這店無懼租金昂貴 既能適應速食文化 同時能捉著與客人的聯繫 實在難得

是晚到銅鑼灣睇完戲,凍凍地又不是想吃太多,見到呢間賣豆品逐直入點了一杯姜汁豆漿,芝麻豆腐花,炒麵。 姜汁豆漿姜味夠但豆漿不夠濃被姜汁過份蓋淹,芝麻豆腐花,豆腐花夠滑但芝麻又是過稀量少,炒麵太油無配料有點強差人意。

Stopped here for some food because I was still hungry.

Had some noodles, tofu in soy sauce and panfried tofu with fish patty.

They had an English menu which was good, but don't worry it is a typo so they won't serve curbs to you but curd!

豆腐花從外觀看得出是白滑的,如果純以滑度來計, 入口的感覺, 是位於前列位置了, 而且豆腐花比較軟身, 但豆味方面真的是弱了一點,加了黃糖後, 甜度就啱啱好,一個凍凍的超滑豆腐花, 可以解渴也可以消消暑。

Always have a craving for cold food, especially desserts in this kind of hot weather.  Try the choco tofu Jell-O.  it doesn't look nice but the flavour is OK, not too sweet for me.  But I still prefer a thicker choco sauce if possible cause the whole bowl of tofu becomes too watery in texture.  The other one I try is grass jelly tofu Jell-O.  It's nice that I can put on some red sugar but if there's also evaporated milk to add into it, it will be even better.  I would say both are of fair qualit

店內人很多,但很幸運的還有一張四人桌。所以我們毫不客氣地霸佔了。餐牌選項不少,但已經填飽肚子的我們就只需要考慮各式豆腐花了。因這幾天恰逢身體不適,所以我選了最簡單的熱豆腐花。熱豆腐花,$10。店內每桌均有黃糖提供,但我雖然嗜甜卻也覺得豆花本身的甜度已經很足夠,可謂多一分太多、少一分太少,再下黃糖恐怕反而會破壞了原來清甜的味道。豆腐花的確很滑,入口便已咕溜一下順喉嚨滑下,一口借一口的,吃起來真的很順。而且簡單的豆腐花卻給人一種難言的好滋味,濃郁的豆香沒有受到其他香料的阻撓,所以很分明直白,也很好吃。凍豆腐花,$10。友人選了凍豆腐花,我沒有嘗試,但對方大肆讚賞想來不錯。較重口的她加了少許黃糖,據稱店內黃糖素質不錯,並不死甜,挺有香味。這樣的小店在香港的確是愈來愈少了,真的很可惜。其實,簡單的味道也許才是最美妙的滋味。

今次是第二次光顧人和荳品廠,因為想買回家給媽媽吃,順便和朋友也享受這鬧市中的小清新。我點了原味豆腐花,不用額外加糖都很有甜味,嫩滑的豆腐花絕對值得一吃再吃。朋友吃的芝麻糊也不錯。我們還叫了一客魚肉煎豆腐,很香口,是即叫即煎的,加上店鋪的辣醬,味道一流。下次想試鹵味豆腐&炒麵
