週末下午和朋友到銅鑼灣一間日式餐廳食午餐。餐廳以日本武士為主題,有不少頭盔、武士刀等裝飾,就連筷子架都喺相關的物品,玩味十足。我同朋友都選擇午市定食,兩個套餐都包含前菜、茶碗蒸和鯛魚湯。前菜花膠果凍加上雞湯製成,外表晶瑩剔透,見到花膠散佈在果凍上,味道微帶酸甜,幾開胃。刺身定食(6點) $468刺身定食有六款,分別為腦天(即是吞拿魚頭頂部分點位置)、銀鱈魚、深海池魚、真鯛、赤海蝦及北海道帶子。全部刺身鮮甜,當中以腦天和深海池魚最令人驚喜。腦天被輕輕炙燒過,油脂香重,但仍保留住吞拿魚肉本來鮮味;平時都唔算特別鍾意池魚,但今次食到嘅池魚質素明顯高出一大截!黃金和牛炒飯刺身定食還配有和牛炒飯,炒飯呈金黃色,粒粒分明。入口食到非常濃烈的和牛香,雖然無加和牛但仍然充滿牛脂香。<蟹黃磯煮鮑魚伴日本花山烏冬> $268烏冬表面鋪上蟹肉、蟹黃和有2塊磯煮鮑魚,擺盤精緻。鮑魚煙韌彈牙,混和蟹肉蟹黃但烏冬滑溜爽口,充滿蟹鮮味,味道同樣不俗。茶碗蒸茶碗蒸香甜入口即溶,原來是用了松葉蟹肉很多新鮮栗子蓉,大大增添滑蛋口感和鮮味。鯛魚湯鯛魚湯呈奶白色,入口順滑,鮮味濃郁。
