To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久不久食下平嘢，咪話無好嘢。己有兩三年沒有幫襯，今日剛好經過，一於懷緬當日的味道。酸辣小鍋米線我最鐘意食。因有大量的酸菜，芽菜，韮菜，香茜，囗感非常豐富。只小辣足以另到口水鼻涕流，就係鐘意這種舒𣈱感覺，自己都覺有點變態啊。這裡的米線有點煙韌的口感，絕不會軟淋淋。辣豬皮爽爽，勁辣，惹味，另食欲大增。今天的蘿蔔有渣，失敗。整體味道保持水準，但相対價$就加價了！

今天，終於有機會跟老公去食他的至愛之一，雲桂香了！他多次強調店內不太好坐，進店內，格局光鮮，大部份都是卡位，不錯呀！ 飲品點了荳漿，註明無基因改造及香港製造，飲得放心，味道鮮美，不太甜，我鐘意！ 我點了肥牛小鍋米粉，再加墨魚丸和大腸，小妹比較喜歡湯底本身的味道已經很濃，帶點微酸，加上特製香料，只喝湯已經很滿足。另外，餸菜的質素也很出色，肥牛新鮮，入口甘香；墨魚丸夠香，雖則粉多了點，不過墨魚味出；大腸，肉質偏靭，不過味道還是出色的，入口甘香，有咬勁。 價錢又商宜，我倆定會再光顧呀！
