To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人生第一次接觸米線我想是15歲吧?那時的男朋友帶我去TW吃的~ 當時還未叫雲桂香~轉眼        就改名了 分店也少了 ~米線依舊濃湯入味口感淋 腩肉跟以前好像不一樣了 肥了點~

這寶號是肥滕滕的妹推介,說味道不錯我就簡左好似無人叫既涼伴米線,走花生,加底,小辣要羅白,腩肉味道真係估唔到,米線很爽,個汁係蒜味十足,帶點辛辣,凍食既情況下感到很開胃,她們說很像街邊的撈撈撈味道,絕對重口味配料腩肉也是幾好,豬肉夠肥,仲幾SPICY,唔鞋,同樣是凍食的,必叫喔有時候試下新野都幾開心

味道真係估唔到,米線很爽,個汁係蒜味十足,帶點辛辣,凍食既情況下感到很開胃,她們說很像街邊的撈撈撈味道,絕對重口味

配料腩肉也是幾好,豬肉夠肥,仲幾SPICY,唔鞋,同樣是凍食的,必叫喔

有時候試下新野都幾開心

係旺角行逛肚餓,諗住搵間野食醫肚,想起朋友介紹過既雲桂香,諗住一試。去到即刻有位,叫左碗重慶酸辣粉碗芝士丸加雲吞同一碗小鍋線配雞翼尖同金菇,再加一碟口水雞,悲劇就發生左啦!碗酸辣粉竟然有冬蔭公味,雲吞變左餃子,皮好厚,難食!小鍋米線既雞翼尖連最鐘意食物雞翼尖既家姐五隻入面先勉強食左一隻。口水雞仲衰,係冇味白切雞加醬,食完一塊就成碟五想再食啦!好食指數心領啦😫

碗酸辣粉竟然有冬蔭公味,雲吞變左餃子,皮好厚,難食!

小鍋米線既雞翼尖連最鐘意食物雞翼尖既家姐五隻入面先勉強食左一隻。

口水雞仲衰,係冇味白切雞加醬,食完一塊就成碟五想再食啦!

好食指數心領啦😫

到葵芳華記那天,在天橋上接到一家新開名叫雲桂香雲南米線專門店的宣傳單子,早幾個月一家米線店才結業,雲桂香的到來正好可頂替舊有的。近來葵芳街市附近多了些新意思,雲南米線是我喜好的麵食之一,好歹也要試一試,要不然走寶就事大了!這晚與 "湯記" 一同離開 "Brother N" 的辦公室,大家都是一支公,摘日不如撞日,"湯記" 對雲南米線又沒有異議,打鐵襯熱就試試雲桂香吧!街市附近的多條街道都以芳字命名,例如美芳街、高芳 街、禮芳街、榮芳街等,原來雲桂香位置較偏,比想像中多花了一點時間才找到。門口擺滿了新張誌慶的花籃,店舖面積也不算少,座位陳設寬闊,右手邊放置了長方桌,左手邊及中間均是圓桌子。原來雲桂香是連鎖店,共有9家店舖分佈於香港、九龍及新界,可是我一直沒有留意到。餐牌都是大路的小鍋米線、過橋米線、熱拌涼拌米線、重慶酸辣粉、餸料、小食及飲品等,跟坊間的雲南米線別無多樣。新張期間惠顧可獲贈咖啡、奶茶或豆漿一杯,三者之中我跟 "湯記" 都較喜歡豆漿。豆漿都是坊間一般豆味不重,且甜度較多的行貨,免費的不能多多要求,一是繼續喝、要不就放棄。當然味道又不是差到不能接受,只是普普通通而已,繼續喝吧。

對我來說,吃雲南米線是能吃上癮的,當中就是麻辣或酸辣引來的辣癮,因此雲南米線必須帶辣,否則吃之無味。因此我要了腩肉小鍋酸辣米線,選了中辣。

唊一口湯,湯底的味道頗濃,跟之前提及已結業的雲南米線很相同,混合著鹹、酸及醬料的香味。濃湯中附有芽菜、酸菜、韮菜、葱及芫茜的配料。腩肉是預先經過醃製的,啡紅的色澤,薄薄的片狀,口感不強烈。最滿意的是米線煙韌的口感,份量也頗多,肯定能吃得肚飽。總體味道不過不失,卻有欠驚喜。

"湯記" 一向不能吃刺激性的食物,因此選了清湯底的豬扖小鍋米線。清湯底味道較清淡只帶小鹹,也同樣附有芽菜、酸菜、韮菜、葱及芫茜。豬扖也是薄身的,醃得入味,炸得頗香,唯那種極度柔軟的質感似乎有欠自然。

炸春卷表層包有網狀的米粉,與越式網紋春卷差不多。炸得香脆、不油,餡料是軟滑的芋蓉,配有酸甜醬汁。

雲南風在港已興起多年,滿街充塞著以雲南米線旗號作招來的食店,尤以旺區最甚,感覺真有點氾濫。初嘗雲桂香,無論風格、食物質量與經營模式均和坊間云云的雲南米線店相約,未見有其個性或突出之處,偶然為解辣癮一嘗也不失為錯!
