To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人食個下午茶，見樓下新開左間米線就隨便入去坐。4點左右時間，無咩客。叫左酸辣湯底，覺得唔酸又唔辣咁 （可能因為我叫左小辣）。不過佢小辣得黎係完全唔辣，酸又唔酸。唔知想點😅湯底無料到不特至，d米線非常非常非常非常碎。碎到係要用湯匙去食，但我見人地食緊果碗又無呢種情況。D米線真係好似人地食完食過咁款。。。。 諗諗下都唔開胃。無奈食完無耐行商場既時候竟然肚柯😭😭😭柯水咁款，十分懷疑係碗米線有問題。真係食過一次唔會再食！

返工放lunch 第二次黎呢到食酸辣米線，上一次叫左重慶酸辣湯粉，但很令我失望，湯底淡味、豬血完全無味🤔但今次同事話小鍋米既酸辣好味，所以再黎試試。今次食左小鍋米線酸辣配豬軟骨、竹笙（小辣）湯底沒有什麼辣味，小酸，徧甜，豬軟骨炆得夠林另外一碗一樣配蘿蔔、腩肉、豆卜最後，較欣賞係蒜泥白肉，中間卷住一層青瓜配搭，冰凍爽脆，很夾

豬軟骨酸辣中辣米線32見新店開張專登走去食，一望唔係化？估唔到得三小粒豬軟骨囉，其他分店食過都唔會咁既，其他面底正正常既，無特別，食食下又聽到隔離台有個男人一樣嗌中辣，話好咸食唔到，好彩我碗係少料d姐，但係食到既，叫做填到下肚子的。
