我很少寫食評的,但這次真想評價一下。我早前見到openrice 寫這間店的評價很好,所以帶屋企人一試,但一試就中招。首先,工業大廈食店我們也去過不少,但這個環境真係很一般。那個茶是與普通茶樓不一樣,所以還是有贊的。4個人點了5個菜,裡面當然包括各位光顧過的人的推薦:豬手,籠仔蒸龍躉,煎肉餅,焗雞和蟹肉炒西藍花。豬手完全沒味;龍躉蒸到老到傻;那個肉餅是惠康那種攪拌好調好味的肉餅,已出現變味;焗雞就係普通酒樓味,不讚不彈;最好就係炒西藍花……(每一碟的分量是少的 。龍躉5塊,雞8塊小的,大家大概衡量)可能我自己是在家煮飯的人,所以反應較大。如果收酒樓價但給我比茶餐廳差的東西,我覺得性價比真係不高。當然,買單五個菜,600多些是正常,但食物的出品不值此價,是失望的。環境跟各位食家影得差不多,但場其實好細,大概10張中細型臺。左右隔得好近。服務態度是沒問題,沒贊也沒彈。香港地生活壓力大,原本想開車出街輕鬆食個飯,但失落而歸。

呢日得到老細確認要去新辦公室,都幾開心架~因為搭地鐵過海返工真係好貴,仲要成日加價,真係會覺得頂唔住~所以先到新環境附近食吓飯,不過行行吓又諗起呢度,所以都係食咗先講~其實呢度坐得幾舒服架,又有大枱,又有細張少少的方枱,仲有電視睇,無論係一大班同事,或者三幾個都啱來。老公得知我返工近咗,佢好開心咁拎住個餐牌點菜。而我就嘆著呢度我好鍾意的養生花茶,味道清清地好放鬆的。是日燉湯佢呢日就要做暖男,先點咗個 雪耳海底椰燉雞湯 俾我飲。燉湯相當足料,味道清得來帶著海底椰的香甜,不過壺湯真係超熱,要放一陣飲才不會燙親個咀。花雕醉雞其實我麻麻地白切的,不過聞到花雕的香味又忍唔住食咗一舊。雞肉很嫩滑,而且索了陣陣酒香,十分美味。乾燒明蝦 (6 隻)中蝦的煮汁酸味味,非常惹味。而且蝦殼好容易脫開,啱哂我呢類唔鍾意用手脫殼的人食用。豉汁豆卜蒸倉魚倉魚的肉質鮮嫩,加埋十足的薑、葱同埋豆豉,再將蒸魚豉油淋响魚面,用來餸飯特別美味。咁多款美味的餸菜,白飯當然少不了吧~

整體來說,這間主張健康主意的餐廳,大部分的食物都加入了對身體十分有益的藥材,十分滋補,十分健康,而食物的選擇都有很多,食物的用料很新鮮,食物的質素非常高,食物的份量非常多,價錢相對非常非常合理,店員有良好的服務態度和有禮貌,每張枱都有紙巾提供,所以我認為這間餐廳值得再去惠顧

除了食物之外,餐廳職員也令我們有個不錯的用餐體驗,細的小朋友需要熱水坐奶,職員熱心幫忙,無嫌我們麻煩呢。
