雖然呢餐從1900食到差唔多2230，主要原因係小店真係好俾心機處理每一道食物，燒雞翼要慢火燒到骨肉分離就已經唔簡單。無可否認三位姐姐都比較有個性，但我理解會佢哋對專業嘅執著而唔係好似一般燒烤店咁考慮返枱率而加大火力咁去燒。我哋剛好對住對住厨房，全部睇清楚晒成個過程，如燒蟹足足燒咗成半個鐘。每一道菜都新鮮好味，花咁多時間絕對係值得👍可惜食完之後聽到一個壞消息，希望問題可以盡快解決之後又可以再約朋友一齊嚟食過。

服務態度非常差劣，是我見過最差勁的一間餐廳，不知所謂。俾錢仲要受氣。事後和其他朋友說起原來其他朋友也曾經試過他們的差劣服務態度，大家也異口同聲表示不會再光顧這間餐廳。

結婚前成日去呢間串燒店幫襯，三位店主熱情又好客，好有親切感。轉眼間都幫襯左九年，每一串燒都係用心去燒。鮑魚 時價鮑魚會加日本清酒、少少調味去燒，鮑魚殼上仲有鮑魚汁精華，飲一口滿是日本清酒同鮑魚嘅鮮甜香味。魷魚鬚$34爽口彈牙，送酒一流蟶子皇 時價聖子王加咗少少牛油同埋清酒去燒，每次都會飲晒海鮮殼上的汁，係精華芝士焗南瓜$42非常多芝士，南瓜唔會焗到好乾， 一碟分量剛剛好， 人間美食。豆卜$15豆卜燒到外面脆卜卜， 點蠔油食，正佢哋有兩款秘製嘅醬汁， 泰式辣汁，沙嗲汁，回味無窮。如果要食海鮮鮑魚記得訂位時要預訂貴妃蚌扇貝都好好食

腦細突然興起想帶班o靚去食下佢既最愛小店燒雞翼同燒粟米真係冇得彈 燒雞翼隻隻入味 好味到骨都lun埋燒粟米就燒到粒粒都好易剝出黎 完全唔會痴牙食完第二日即刻想再食多次一定會再幫襯!

Dinner: (1) pork neck - good seasoning and nice cook; (2) grilled whole fish - good and not overcooked so much that the meat is tough; (3) corn on the cob - this is hard to mess up and it was tasty; (4) abalone - fresh; (5) chicken wings - were a bit salty; (6) clams - fresh; (7) spare ribs - huge bone, not a lot of meat; (8) chicken cartilage - a bit on the drier side; (9) had a bunch of other things and all in all pretty consistent. OVERALL - decent (but service is super slow). SUGGEST - pork neck, corn, garlic bread. How I rate: awesome > decent > meh > terrible.
