其實我對打邊爐一直都情有獨鍾,因為可以三五知己圍在一起聊聊近況。在某個訂台app,訂了星期六六點時段,有六折優惠。準時到達店員已經好積極引領我們就坐。Menu上的食物林林總總,有貴價海鮮,靚牛。至於湯底,因為有同行友人不吃辣所以選了個番茄湯底。火鍋呈上來的時候十分通紅,因為充滿了番茄,湯底滾起後嚐了數口,味道鮮甜,不帶酸味。至於食物方面,我們還點了牛胸爽、黑柏葉、廣島蠔、鴨血,本地肥牛,凍豆腐。前前後後點了不是太多食物,但埋單竟然每人要付300大元,假如正價的話,根本不太值。 continue reading

第二次光顧,主要因為地方企理,食材新鮮,四川麻辣湯底夠辣。上次一班朋友吃,今次二人吃,用openrice訂座7折,都要每位$500,少人share,就會覺得貴。要留意的是醬料只得一碟,另加收費,本身茶芥費已不少,這有點兒覺得店主吝嗇。點了2人海鮮盤,鮑魚、貝類、帶子都很新鮮,值得一讚。醉蝦不入味,一般。每次海鮮配搭不同,介意的要落單前問清楚。牛肉OK, 忘記哪一款了,但當晚只售剩一款(9pm)。喜歡餐肉的人必會大愛可即食的炸厚切餐肉。有一個小問題,可能每桌沒有抽氣系統,2次去,火鍋的煙都像無定向風吹向人面,吃得有點不自在。待應態度很OK👍🏻 continue reading

我哋一入到呢間店就感覺環境裝潢都好有特色,古色古香,有一些卡座,都好舒適。卡座可以坐到四個人,而且私人空間,就算傾野大聲點都唔怕。除卡座仲有其他圓檯可以坐。一坐低馬上叫左個卧龍正宗成都麻辣火鍋,中間白湯鍋底有小小紅棗杞子,而外圍的麻辣湯底用上一粒粒外型像麻雀,的辣牛油以及各式香料。因只有兩人所以未能點太多食物,點了,蕃茄,桂花蛙,萵筍,本地手切牛,新鮮蔬菜籃。份量不少,已經足夠不用加單了。最後我哋都食到飽曬好鬼滿足。下次都會來。 continue reading

話說本人好鐘意食麻辣火鍋,系香港都食過幾間唔同餐廳,見呢間啲價錢都唔算太貴,所以今日就同屋企人一行三人黎試下新野。原本覺得價錢都幾合理,點知啲野食一上枱先知原來性價比低到貼地。份量不但少,食物質素更強差人意。叫左份$88黃喉,點知得10塊都冇,仲要好細塊,人地一塊都等於佢兩塊。至於手打丸好明顯系勁早整定放左入冰格雪,因為上枱時表面系見到啲冰,而食落口感好硬。另外叫左份差唔多$300嘅手切手牛頸脊諗住會好少少啦,點知出到黎都系鋪左少少雪,食落亦冇乜牛味。最難食系份鵝腸,真系難食到唔知點形容好。好啦成餐飯都唔好食,到埋單時一睇,嘩,成$1200幾,咁米即系每人$400?再睇下張單,茶芥同醬料每人收$30,咁我就拎住張單出去櫃枱問下啦,因為張menu都冇提過呢$30。點知出去一問櫃枱果個人(應該系老細),佢就叫我問另外一個顆計,完全唔想答咁。好啦,問完佢地話張menu有寫,但我睇黎睇去都只系見到醬料費,佢分左兩款,一款每人$20, 一款每人$10,但我唔知兩者有咩分別。佢就再重申醬料系$20, 而加埋茶芥每人$30。咁我都知通常火鍋店都會收茶芥醬料,問題系你要寫清楚呀麻,冇寫系人都以為唔收啦。最大問題系醬料有分兩款,你問都唔問就收人貴啲果個,都好唔合理啫。總之呢間餐廳唔會再黎第二次,一次都多。 continue reading
