【生蠔】生蠔種數不少 其他菜式有待改善

超級喜歡吃生蠔的我，約每兩個星期便會找尋一些蠔吧或把生蠔買回家品嚐。今天開了一個漫長的會後，又是吃生蠔去解解鬱悶的好時機。我們就選擇了這間位於銅鑼灣以生蠔作主打的餐廳。蟹肉沙律 蟹肉加沙律醬，鋪上滿滿的黑色蟹子，再配上香濃的蒜蓉包多士。蟹肉鮮甜啖啖肉，蟹子較咸不夠鮮。沙律菜不夠新鮮，不夠爽脆。生蠔方面我們叫了六款，presentation 不俗，生蠔排列整齊，附上小牌著名生蠔類別。FRENCH ANCELIN SPECIALE 濃郁海水鹹鮮味，蠔身裙邊鮮甜爽脆，帶礦物味FRENCH GILLES MASSE 帶子位極鮮甜 帶微微金屬味FRENCH MAISON帶子位極鮮甜 有餘韻SCOTTISH中度海水味 爽甜白酒煮蜆，部份蜆不新鮮，有雪味，需要改善 continue reading

    假期前的lunch特別享受，訂咗個可以慢慢坐環境又ok嘅地方人多關係仲有房間提供午餐選擇ok夠，另外有生蠔或炸蠔兩隻贈送！生蠔有兩款，夠鮮、蠔身size ok大食少少沙律打底份外開胃菜都新鮮，煙三文魚唔油唔過咸，正常。忌廉黑松露蟹肉扁意粉份量足，蟹肉份量比例合適，每啖都蟹肉連汁連意粉入口，口感豐富，忌廉夾黑松露香濃、味覺層次幾好亦唔會漏唔滯食曬一整碟剛好感覺滿足！整體不論環境、食物同服務水準都不錯，會再光顧 continue reading

      已幫襯ANA午餐多年，因每份午餐價錢由119至159，每位奉送兩隻生蠔，而生蠔奉送大多為Pacific丶Coffin Bay 或 Shigoku ，而午市蠔更有半價優惠，反而餐牌由於已幫襯多時小有更改，多只轉換意粉，希望餐廳可以留意轉轉菜式。 continue reading

        I love this restaurant very much especially their seafood and steak.This is my second visit, We ordered a dozen of oysters, a white wine, delicious clams and steak.Everything are incredibly delicious and the price is reasonable.I strongly recommended this nice restaurant to all seafood lover. continue reading
