超級喜歡吃生蠔的我,約每兩個星期便會找尋一些蠔吧或把生蠔買回家品嚐。今天開了一個漫長的會後,又是吃生蠔去解解鬱悶的好時機。我們就選擇了這間位於銅鑼灣以生蠔作主打的餐廳。蟹肉沙律 蟹肉加沙律醬,鋪上滿滿的黑色蟹子,再配上香濃的蒜蓉包多士。蟹肉鮮甜啖啖肉,蟹子較咸不夠鮮。沙律菜不夠新鮮,不夠爽脆。生蠔方面我們叫了六款,presentation 不俗,生蠔排列整齊,附上小牌著名生蠔類別。FRENCH ANCELIN SPECIALE 濃郁海水鹹鮮味,蠔身裙邊鮮甜爽脆,帶礦物味FRENCH GILLES MASSE 帶子位極鮮甜 帶微微金屬味FRENCH MAISON帶子位極鮮甜 有餘韻SCOTTISH中度海水味 爽甜白酒煮蜆,部份蜆不新鮮,有雪味,需要改善

假期前的lunch特別享受,訂咗個可以慢慢坐環境又ok嘅地方人多關係仲有房間提供午餐選擇ok夠,另外有生蠔或炸蠔兩隻贈送!生蠔有兩款,夠鮮、蠔身size ok大食少少沙律打底份外開胃菜都新鮮,煙三文魚唔油唔過咸,正常。忌廉黑松露蟹肉扁意粉份量足,蟹肉份量比例合適,每啖都蟹肉連汁連意粉入口,口感豐富,忌廉夾黑松露香濃、味覺層次幾好亦唔會漏唔滯食曬一整碟剛好感覺滿足!整體不論環境、食物同服務水準都不錯,會再光顧

已幫襯ANA午餐多年,因每份午餐價錢由119至159,每位奉送兩隻生蠔,而生蠔奉送大多為Pacific丶Coffin Bay 或 Shigoku ,而午市蠔更有半價優惠,反而餐牌由於已幫襯多時小有更改,多只轉換意粉,希望餐廳可以留意轉轉菜式。

今天朋友請的生日飯局,生蠔固之然無得頂超級新鮮好味,每人吃左作10隻,其他菜也是好好食,鴨脾腿好脆香口肉鬆軟,蟹肉沙律配黑魚子,口感一流,這間餐廳非常值得推介!

I love this restaurant very much especially their seafood and steak.This is my second visit, We ordered a dozen of oysters, a white wine, delicious clams and steak.Everything are incredibly delicious and the price is reasonable.I strongly recommended this nice restaurant to all seafood lover.
