金燕島潮州酒家. 用餐日期: 2024年2月午餐大點$68, 中點$58, 小點$48, 茶芥$25/位, 小食$25/碟餐廳位於商廈高層,有個大玻璃窗,採光一流,裝潢都好大器,富麗堂皇。一坐低服務員就擺低左潮洲功夫茶,花生同埋甜酸菜。功夫茶細細杯好濃,聽聞係可以開胃消滯。花生係有鹽花生,甜酸菜好好食,食住等開飯真係一流。《中 - 潮州芋絲春卷》炸到香脆既春卷皮入面塞左滿滿既芋頭絲,餡料比得好大方,一口size唔會令人覺得好飽膩,而且成個春卷唔會好油,亦都冇果種一早炸定等有客人叫再翻炸既感覺。《大 - 金燕島燒賣皇》望落比一般既酒樓燒賣更加大粒,入口食到有冬菇,豬肉,蝦,蟹籽,特別一讚個蝦超彈牙,為成個燒賣加左唔少分。《大 - 金燕島蝦餃皇》蝦餃一樣係用靚蝦,好足料大大粒又彈牙,但蝦餃皮一夾就散,包唔住粒蝦餃。《大 - 鮮蝦菜苗餃》菜苗餃個皮有少少厚,但入面都係超足料,食落會有少少草青味,但唔重,可以接受,鮮蝦仍然係大粒爽彈。《大 - 鮮明蝦腸粉/ 中 - 香荽牛肉蒸腸粉》腸粉皮偏厚少少,兩個腸粉我會比較鐘意蝦腸,呢間茶樓用既蝦真係好爽彈,而且由腸粉橫切面睇過去,係超足料,塞滿左蝦肉,加左好多分。香荽牛肉腸感覺就似食緊牛肉球,再加腸粉皮咁。《$160 糖醋黃金伊麵》都係餐廳貼心分好左一份份先上枱,望落個樣似蛋麵多過伊麵,糖醋都係另上,客人可以跟據自己口味調節。如果唔落糖醋,感覺就似食緊童星點心麵咁,但加左糖醋,又變左第二件事,係值得一試既特色菜品。《$180 潮洲蠔烙》上枱既時候見到圓形一餅,好似pizza咁,餐廳已經幫客人切好左一份份,另外跟一碟魚露提味。食落覺得偏向似食緊蛋餅,蠔仔份量算中間,唔叫好多,但唔會有腥味。蠔烙味道少少淡,就算加左魚露個人都覺得差少少味。《$140 椒鹽九肚魚》呢個真係有驚喜,九肚魚鮮嫩,炸粉唔厚,食落唔會好油,再加少少椒鹽提味,好似食緊炸魚薯條咁,值得一試。《$30/件 - 黃金蟹棗》呢個都係好出色,蟹棗入面主要都係蟹肉,仲加左輕微既薑粒,食得出薑味,但又唔會好搶。《$88 高湯魚翅灌湯餃》高湯味道唔會好咸,主要都係靠金華火腿去吊味,加埋湯餃,食完個肚暖笠笠。《滷水鵝片/滷水墨魚/滷水鵝腎》潮洲野一定唔小得食滷水啦,聞落好香,鵝片份量有D少,但好入味,脂肪同鵝肉層次分明,好食。其他就夠入味,正正常常。人均消費:$100環境:8/10食物:8/10服務:7/10性價比:7/10整體:7.5/10 #香港 #美食 #香港美食 #foodie #食評 #金燕島潮州酒家 #銅鑼灣美食 #銅鑼灣 #香港 #潮洲菜 #滷水鵝片 #滷水 #滷水墨魚 #滷水鵝腎 #灌湯餃 #飲茶 #椒鹽九肚魚 #潮洲蠔烙 #糖醋伊麵 #明蝦腸粉 #菜苗餃 #燒賣 #蝦餃 #春卷 #功夫茶 #甜酸菜 continue reading
