Delicious 串揚 🍢🍡🍢! I have been wanted to try this restaurant! Best is the liver sauce with abalone and the 白子is so creamy! Scallop with salmon roe great for photo, eel and squid a bit dry, prawn is fried to perfection! Wagyu beef is tender. Wash down nicely with a bottle of sake!🍶之前已經好耐標籤咗想上嚟。終於一個禮拜前訂位品嚐。同朋友9:30左右嚟到。日本人主理,服務周到,坐吧枱一路食一路有傾有講。一開始便開始點了七至八樣串揚。最好食是鮑魚配肝醬,白子好Creamy,帶子配魚子三文魚子最啱打卡,銀杏白果外脆內嫩,雞翼皮脆有少少蜜糖味道,還有叫了鵪鶉蛋、白鱔同魷魚,和牛非常嫩滑。最後加點炸蝦,脆漿及火候啱啱好,蝦頭見到乍得脆卜卜,但朋友食咗唔知道怎樣,配合一支清酒完美配合。 continue reading

落喺這間「秀殿」,食個串揚宵夜真係一流!酸汁鯛魚白子嗰種酸甜配搭得就好似歌般嘅和諧,入口滑得嚟又有嗰種微微嘅海鮮鮮味,真係叫人一試難忘🤤。嗰啲炸鱈魚白子,外皮炸得脆卜卜,啖啖肉嘅感覺真喺正!又香又滑,食落一點都唔覺得油膩。再嚟,帶子三文魚籽串就完全係另一個驚喜,海鮮嘅鮮味加上滑溜溜嘅魚籽,味道層次感豐富得滯。手羽先唐揚就算喺一般小食,但喺呢度食,你會覺得呢啲簡單嘅雞翼都可以咁好味,皮脆肉嫩,真係好夾啤酒🍻。雖然話呢度唔係咩大店,但係每樣食物嘅質素都幾得意,啱晒想要搵啲好味又唔使拍肺嘅朋友。仲有,勁推薦大家試下佢地手作嘅炸豆腐、炸鰤魚,簡單嘅食材都可以炸得咁出色,實在係食到指尖都開心😋。總之,下次再諗緊要去邊度夜晚擺擂,記得嚟呢度走一轉,真係唔會失望! continue reading

朋友哋,入到秀殿,首先一啖鯡魚籽昆布,真係卜卜脆,帶鹹香得嚟唔覺油膩,真係得意!之後食埋粒帶子三文魚籽,啖啖肉嫩滑,啲三文魚籽爆汁,食落真係滋味滿分。再黎喺呢個炸得啱啱好嘅蔥豬肉卷,真係層層豚肉入面包住啲香蔥,超級多汁香濃。講到呢,外脆內嫩嘅蝦令人忍唔住一試再試,蝦頭脆到帶勁,而啲蝦肉保持住鮮甜,真係過癮!啲白子嘅話啱啱好嚟到食肥美時候,creamy嘅口感,配埋酸汁,真係滑溜溜嘅享受😌。最後一讚自家製布丁!焦糖炒香而啲雲呢拿味道重到飛起,甜而不膩,真心推介!總之,呢度嘅炸串同日式餐酒,係吃货嘅天堂,對每一口嘅味道都細心呵護,令人好想話:再黎啊!👍🥢🍡 continue reading
