🐑蟹皇翅-味道好好,蟹黃味濃,蟹肉非常多,推獻功夫好,冇瀉水,可惜嘅就係翅少咗啲啦🐑桂花糯米蓮藕-桂花味十分突出,桂花糖少許甜,味道剛好冇冚過蓮藕同糯米嘅清甜,嗰種軟糯食落去好舒服,一個字,高🐑陳皮話梅萵筍-萵筍爽脆清甜,先用高湯喂過,再用話梅水醃製,上碟加上切絲九製陳皮,越食越回味,係一流嘅開胃菜🐑蠔皇原隻鮮鮑魚-蠔皇汁十分出色,汁底以蠔油為主,加上湯煮成,鮮味至極。能將鮮鮑炆成有乾鮑嘅質感,我心目中有兩個名字,其一係沙田利苑,其二係九龍城食得妙,今日起有等三個名嘞:南海二號🐑XO醬白玉蒸斑球-豆腐、星斑片、雲耳仔,加埋XO醬原碟蒸,上枱時碟身仍熱,倒走蒸魚水之後,加蔥花輕輕灒油,再加入由豉油、蠔油、鮮醬露調配嘅醬汁,確係美妙。XO醬夠搶味,豆腐同魚味亦十分夾,可惜班片蒸老咗,魚身咁薄,蒸少一分鐘就已經爭好遠,呢個要多加注意🐑茶燻乳鴿-呢個係滷燻乳鴿,先滷後燻。乳鴿肉質細嫩,滷汁入味程度去到入骨,用香片茶做煙燻料,茶燻味道不斷喺我口入面盪漾,久久不散🐑野菌腐皮時菜-湯底呈乳白色,係用高湯加腐竹滾出嚟嘅,腐竹豆香相當濃郁,相信呢個就係相當成功嘅因素,白菜仔滾得剛好,保持脆綠,腐竹、白菜、菇菌相當夾,係渾然天成嘅一個出品🐑龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯-龍蝦湯底味道都夠濃,可惜脆米嚟到嘅時候已經凍咗,加入湯入面嘅時候,欠缺一種視覺同聽覺效果,呢個同利苑比較稍遜一籌🐑百合薏米腐竹糖水-佢腐竹嘅來貨真係好靚,甜品一開蓋,豆香馬上四溢,薏米煲到爆晒花,夠軟糯,百合後加,保存佢嘅鮮脆度同埋清甜味,呢個係要靠本身糖水調味唔太甜,先可以攞到個平衡,去帶出鮮百合淡淡嘅清甜,作為一個廚師,知道自己做緊乜確係相當重要 continue reading

預約完 receptionist 打黎同我講坐望倒海嘅有最低消費 $300+1 因為只係同老世同事三個人食個普通晏晝 都預計唔倒食唔食倒$300/人 就叫佢盡量安排可以望倒少少啦 結果佢嘅盡量安排 係安排我地坐角落頭 連出面天空都唔係好望倒 紅磡果間都無咁多規矩 服務又唔見得好過人 個經理行過幾次見倒無哂茶都無主動fill返 要叫先識fill結果埋單其實都$900左右 食物係好食嘅 但配呢個環境 同服務 $900又唔係太值 下次去望海d酒店食 無咁背脊骨落 continue reading

嚟呢度食嘅原因純粹係想用左張$1000減$300嘅coupon😆 結果又覺得幾唔錯,由於海景位收minimum charge,我哋選擇咗坐入面,雖然冇景睇,但坐得好舒服,座位寬敞,環境幾好。前菜叫咗個凍鮑,切好晒好易食,味道好開胃主食(1) 海穌粉絲煲,雖然唔算多海鮮,整體調味唔錯主食(2) 牛仔骨平日都有食,但湯煮牛仔骨就比較少食,有啲韓式feel,牛仔骨住得好腍,湯也好味跟住係菜同炒飯,炒飯好大碟,食完好飽但唔油膩,炒得唔錯。最後來過班蘭蛋糕👍🏻☺️ 成餐飯都唔錯,無論環境、食物、服務都令人滿意 continue reading

約幾個朋友小聚,想坐得舒服啲同唔駛比人趕,所以揀左呢度落腳。食物味道ok,但點解個茶壺咁重,好彩員工會自動幫手倒茶,唔係都真心唔想倒🤪我地坐左好耐,員工都好有禮貌問我哋要唔要加甜品。我話唔加佢都無黑面,幫我哋收起餐具話等我哋坐得舒服啲。值得一贊👍🏻野食份量都唔算細,唔會好似有啲酒樓又貴又份量小。班蘭馬拉糕比較甜,棉花雞好足料好多雞。特色鹹水角好有特色,如果入邊啲餡再豐富啲就好啦。下次再試晚餐,希望有驚喜。 continue reading

蛇年年初二開年飯,我用Openrice訂咗同家人去銅鑼灣世貿南海二號。我地下午一點去到,已經好多人,場面熱鬧,有過年氣氛。本來想吃點心,但家人希望食套餐,所以就另外加了兩個點心。首先上嘅係套餐的蘿蔔絲酥和脆炸椒鹽魷魚,碟魷魚係$128,但分量比我預期中少。然後就上蟹肉花膠粟米羹,其實我覺得係湯羹食到嘅係魚肚而唔係花膠薑蔥花雕燜斑頭腩,魚塊係新鮮的。唯一美中不足嘅係,侍應上菜時,佢唔小心隻手掂到我個匙羹,又倒瀉我杯茶,搞到成枱水...地下都濕咗。然後就到野菌腐皮時菜,煮得很清淡,沒有油,家人滿意。脆皮燒乳鴿,肉質細嫩,燒得剛剛好。食到依家先上番套餐嘅蝦餃和另加嘅牛柏葉。而牛柏葉最搞笑嘅地方係,當你以為有好多件...點知原來下面係放咗四件蘿蔔係底墊高啲牛柏葉最後,就係美極和牛崧炒飯,炒飯亁身,水準之作。農曆新年佢地應該請咗唔少炒散,埋單同侍應講,過咗10分鐘到無人理,要對住經理講埋單先埋到。後記:最痴線嘅係,一個有大陸口音嘅職員,可能唔識用Openrice個app,第二日(年初三)打黎問我,點解佢地會見到我訂咗年初二午餐,我話係你地唔記得confirm我昨日已經到咗,個系統提你地確認番。新年流流,少少嘢都搞錯,唔睇清楚就打俾個客問,搞到我要寫番出黎。唉,其實啲食物好食,但服務唔得,都係會趕客架! continue reading
