又多了一间工作日午餐选择,半自助形式的中餐,一个菜65块钱,然后自助米饭、小菜、水果及汤。炸酱面65一碗其实本身有就挺划算的,再现北京风味百分之八十,在香港能吃到还算挺不容易的,炸酱有点点略咸,肉是大一点的方块,炒的略有点干。自助小菜比较开胃,米饭蒸的也是软硬适中,水果挺甜的,切的也比较细致,整齐码放在盘子里。汤是比较出乎意料的好喝,鸭汤炖红白萝卜,和绿豆小米粥(里面有加红薯和山药),中午的时候需要拼桌。

裝潢古色古香的北京菜飯店,專程來吃吃這裡的北京烤鴨,可選半隻或1隻,4個人就選了半隻,屬於半皮半肉的切法,皮酥而不膩,肉香而多汁,麼麼皮熱熱的上枱,皮薄而軟糯,整體質素很高。酸菜白肉鍋(小)份量大約4人份,白白的酸菜湯配上五花腩片和土豆粉,湯頭酸味適中,開胃醒神,滿滿飽腹感。黃金蝦球,選用大大隻明蝦,大約有8件,炸脆後炒入咸蛋黃汁,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,皮脆帶咸香。韮菜豬肉煎餃子,餡料鮮味爽口,皮薄香脆,是不能錯過的北京餃子。拔絲香蕉,炸脆的香蕉包上甜甜的黃金拔絲,令香蕉香味倍增,留下甜美的句號。

小朋友想食片皮鴨,就上網搵吓銅鑼灣邊度有啦,咁我哋就搵到一間好懷舊好靚嘅老北京餐廳一上到去地方唔係好大,但係佢分開咗卡位小朋友都坐得好舒服,原來佢仲有兩三間房好啱大人去我哋一去到嗌咗啲嘢飲先,一個二鍋頭一個酸梅湯,原來北京嘅二鍋頭都幾好飲,好順口一啲都唔揦喉,個酸梅湯好濃味好好飲,佢仲寫住係自家製👍🏼👍🏼黎個主角啦,佢可以嗌半隻片皮鴨,一隻就食唔晒啦,佢好鬆脆,又唔油,真係好好食,值得推介,個皮都好薄,仲有好多塊個鴨肉仲可以煮埋個湯,好清甜,真係用返成隻鴨嘅料去煲嗌咗個餃子俾小朋友食,餃子皮都好薄入邊好多汁好好食叫咗個羊肉麵,佢好大陣善味,但係一啲都唔騷,啲湯好濃厚店面可以掛晒汁,羊肉都好嫩滑最後嗌咗個拔絲香蕉加蘋果嘩,上到嚟真係好靚,好多拔絲,佢又唔係太甜,啲皮好脆,個個食到讚不絕口
