Just been there before for burgers and then found that they were also offering pasta now. So I gave it a go.The menu changed, more pricy now but still at normal price in Central.This carbonara was recommended by the chef (he was just 20-ish, so so so young). He insisted for me to try because it was their house special, and very different from the other restaurants. So I ordered as he recommended.So this was it. I would say the pasta was nicely prepared, chewy! The carbonara sauce was really different from those we usually have, more stickier and thicker yet not dry. I guess it was because they added the egg yolk at the very last stage that added the thickness in the sauce. However, I couldn't really taste the egg yolk from the sauce, but overall was okay.Just to note that you might need to reserve some time if you wish to enjoy the food here. This pasta came in like 30 mins upon order.

上環一向都係寧靜Cafe之選，之前都去左幾間唔同既地方飲下咖啡嘆下，今次又發堀多間樓梯小店，好天仲可以坐店外嘆下陽光。行到門口已經見到好柔和既藍白配既設計，好似藍天一樣咁舒服，外面放左啲位如果鍾意享受陽光都可以坐外面，入面都係店仔細細，但有張大台就算一班人黎都可以一齊坐。入面即使店仔細細都有好多好有心思既設計，牆上面不規則咁顯示既鐘真係好鍾意，仲有細磚仔砌出黎既花牆同埋門口既貓公仔都好可愛。主打既《0pt.10 Beef Burger》($88)，有五款味道既包可以揀，揀左竹炭同咖喱味，唔係睇佢小小一個，實情厚到一口都咬唔哂，一讚係咖喱味既包真係好濃，一齊食好似咖喱牛肉一樣，仲配埋即炸連皮薯角。悠閒之選《Two eggs with Pancake》($75)，揀左炒蛋再揀左配料要蕃茄同腸仔，炒蛋炒得夠滑溜，蕃茄烤得岩岩好又唔會酸，配上兩塊班戟同新鮮既蔬菜，全部都係即叫即製。熱辣辣當然叫杯凍冰冰既smoothies飲《Strawberry Smoothies》($45)，打出黎夠滑，配上士多啤梨味就夠哂fresh，《Coffee Smoothies》($45)亦有淡淡既咖啡味。店名：0pt.10 地址：中環城皇街17號地舖餐牌:

推薦指數：⭐️⭐️依間cafe位置真偏僻，唔係刻意去都唔會見到🤦🏻♀️平日晏就去冇乜客～全店得一個staff serve我地包埋做煮果個😲。價錢唔算好貴，但食物要劣評一下☹️1️⃣Black truffle pasta $85煮完出黎好香，擺入口⋯我同朋友即刻沉默左，個意粉完全冇味⋯忌廉完全痴唔住啲意粉，食落都幾乾真真，唔creamy。👎➖2️⃣Mini burger set with fries $88我地貪個包有顏色幾得意咁，簡左咖啡味同竹炭味既beef burger 🍔 竹炭預左冇味道，咖啡味都ok！個牛肉都幾厚，但舊肉比平時食開既好淺色🤔而且唔juicy⋯um整體最好食係薯條🌝

呢間嘅egg Benedict 唔係傳統款式，佢哋自己改良咗，啲菜變咗做生菜，比起傳統款式可以話無咁膩。但啲生菜落得太多鹽，好咸😂 個份量好啱女仔食，而杯cafe latte係偏酸嘅，睇你個人口味喇。我去嘅時候算係下午茶時間，所以冇乜人，唔使等位。呢間cafe 好啱chill，因為佢喺內街，望出門口有好多樹，都好relax
