見到主理人Que Vinh Dang的IG, 才知道這餐廳做到今個月就光榮結業, 有點點感到可惜. 除了因為他的對於越南菜Fine Dining 化的努力外, 也是對於現在香港飲食界狀況的憂慮. 無論說多少夜紛紛, 也不會將蕭條的晚市拯救過來. 就像和有人光顧的週末晚上, 這餐廳也只有三圍枱的客人, 位置也算是蘇豪在區附近, 當然整個區域也相當冷清, 我相信最惡劣的時間才剛剛開始.說到其越南菜, 和主廚之前的Quest by Que一樣也有套餐, 當然價格也更相宜, 但沒有因此揸流攤, 特別是其乳豬, 外脆內腍, 沒有刻意的調味, 還吃到本身的乳香和肉香, 其實香港乳豬的其中一個主要進口是越南, 所以並不如想像中陌生. 魚露炸雞口感同樣出色, 雞肉經過魚露處理, 肉汁和肉香得到昇華, 不再只是汁夾油的感覺, 而是帶點舒服的鹹香. 米紙卷及春卷配料清新, 除了肉類外也有酸菜和木耳, 是越式和中式的結合, 最緊要是米紙卷外皮煙靭而保持濕潤, 帶點精粉卷的口感. 甜品的班蘭雪糕水準四平白雲. 當吃一餐不知用料和手工如何的麻辣火鍋也要人均三四百元, 同樣價錢吃到大廚的手工菜, 這應該是幸運得多, 無奈結果是這樣, 也希望Chef能找到新天地, 我也有機會繼續品嚐. continue reading

係上環返工就係可以反轉成個上環黎搵餐廳 今次呢間餐廳真係隱世到如果唔係朋友搵路我應該唔會搵到呢間餐廳 但估唔到佢嘅位於咁偏僻 lunchtime時間都full booking佢地個lunchset好抵食 因為$168 per ppl仲可以每人揀2個main之餘仲有飯/ 檬粉選擇 我地差唔多試晒佢個lunch menus(≧∀≦)總結係全部都好好食 而且份量完全足夠 食到2個人都要捧住個肚出去 最驚喜係佢個Classic Crispy Spring Rolls 同傳統越南春卷大不同 佢係一張大米紙包住蛋 蝦 生菜同菇菇 切開嘅時候所有料都爆晒出黎第二個係Roasted Cauliflower 用豬肉鬆炒cauliflower 成碟餸勁香好惹味 本身麻麻地cauliflower嘅我都食左好多🦦Classic Crispy Spring Rolls🦦Roasted Cauliflower🦦Crispy Pork Dumplings🦦Fried Chicken📍 Nhau (中環)中環弓弦巷12號地下 continue reading

如果有充裕時間極力推薦大家嚟呢度,非常清靜,其實由中環行去都唔遠,中午時分通常都係得四至五枱。已經係第二次幫襯,叫嘅嘢食同上次一模一樣 😂 因為真係好好食! 兩次帶咗唔同嘅朋友嚟,之前佢哋都會鬧我做乜搵到咁偏僻,又話要行樓梯之類之類😅 但係當佢哋食完之後全部都話好介紹,同埋表示會再去 😙 我點咗雞、咖喱豬肉、春卷 (呢一個十級讚),仲有就係餐廳極力推薦嘅西蘭花🥦 超級超級好食👍 anyway我總結就係樣樣嘢都好食,坐得舒服😌 唔會催,唔會同隔籬枱黐埋一齊😄 我應該會再光顧第三次 😆 continue reading

上環田園風隱世越南菜餐廳,環境寧靜,遠離塵囂,裝潢簡約優雅,在這裡用餐特別悠閑舒適😌餐廳以新派越菜為主,而且同時推出多款用上impossible meat 的菜色,感覺好有新意其中仲有hidden menu~ Impossible Banh Mi Sliders, 見到可愛的mini burgers,外脆內軟,裡面有厚厚的impossible meat , 邊位香脆,食落軟腍,配上滿滿的醬汁及配料,口感豐富。還有Classic Spring Rolls ,及Banh Mi Tacos 越式春卷外層脆卜卜,餡料是impossible meat 加上木耳及粉絲,香中帶微辣,仲可以配vegan 魚露。 至於Tacos 就加入好多pickle,一啖就可以食到,味道清新唔覺膩想再chill些,不妨點杯signature cocktail ,解喝清涼,酒味不算太重,好易入口 continue reading
