難得去咗彩虹就揾吓附近有咩好西🥰小店位坪石邨,位置唔係好起眼~而小店有3個堂食位但就冇冷氣真係熱咗少少🥵建議拎住個風扇仔會好啲🤪但食物質素真係好好!!🔺美式牛肉漢堡酸種三文治(單層) $52三文治係用酸種麵包,烘完咗有點脆身🙌🏻口感軟熟微煙靭仲有堅果係入面,就咁個包已經好好食🥹而三文治配料有牛肉漢堡,芝士🧀酸黃瓜同酸酸甜甜醬汁,整體超夾💗牛肉漢堡應該係handmade的,大塊又有厚度😚每一啖仲有肉汁添真係好正😆🔺鮮榨檸檬特飲🍋 +$10必叫!!超濃檸檬但又唔會過酸真係好解暑同解渴🤩🤤好味度 : 9/10🔙回頭率 : 9/10

彩虹舊屋邨隱世小店🌟見到都有唔少街坊幫襯買外賣～.小店主打自家製酸種麵包 三文治、多士，餡料有好多選擇，就算喺屋邨賣呢個價位唔平，都有唔少街坊幫襯～一人主理，落單之後等5-10分鐘就ok! 😆.路易吉 ( $62 )餡料有Parma ham、辣肉腸、火箭菜、墨西哥辣椒等，食落辣辣哋🌶️ 麵包烘過，外脆內軟，煙韌軟熟，有驚喜！.另外叫咗份小食，鹽酥雞 ( $42 )即叫即炸，細細粒份量正常，不過略嫌調味唔夠重😂

之前都有食開依間嘅包（確實不錯）同鹽酥雞，佢有分半份（$24）同一份（$42）嘅size，兩個size都食過，價錢同份量都合理，結果尋日去食，佢得返$42嘅價錢但淨係得半份😞

面包係廚師recipe~~ 健康～～外脆內軟～三文治d 醬係精粹！每款都有好明顯分別而且好食～廚師好好人，知道我哋有唔同飲食需要，意粉可以補差價，少量改動menu. （唔忙嗰陣）😍😍超好食～～ 食完真係會有心心眼嘅感覺～～食蛋奶素者都有好多選擇架～～ 另外，薯寶同洋蔥圈係必食side dish!!! 超好食～～下午茶食tea 可以叫佢嘅牛油果三文治，係足足半個牛油果切Slice 俾你。同埋廚師用心揀牛油果。我每星期必叫一次，每次隻牛油果都好食、新鮮～性價比好高！雖然一定唔夠公屋茶記碟頭飯平。但以呢個價錢食到咁樣質素嘅三文治同意粉，真係抵。

Who would’ve guessed one would find in the middle of Ping Shek Estate a sandwich shop that served homemade sourdough?! Their sourdough sandwich combos are fantastic, with a western leaning that expats would definitely appreciate. So far I’ve tried the Mario, Luigi, Cuban, American burger, tater tots (how succinctly American!), and onion rings. Everything tasted yummy. Affordable too! I have yet to try their pasta and steak.The owner-chefs are overseas returnees, one from the States and the other from the Netherlands. They are super friendly and courteous. Kudos to them for bringing upscale cuisine to a grassroots neighborhood. On behalf of foodies hiding out in East Kowloon: THANK YOU!
