Feather and Bone is a comfort zone for us! Honest and simple Aussie food, great for the weekend brunch with the family! We ordered the big breakfast and avocado on toast, sour dough is great, egg soft centred, potato pots crunchy, simply nice!Coffee can be better, but otherwise will so far so good! continue reading

🥩走進Feather & Bone,氣氛似返咗到Cambridge嘅悠閒。呢次我唔係嚟飽肚,就點咗啲青口搭配沙律,選擇咗唔要薯條。青口煮得啱啱好,啖啖肉,鮮味爆炸,根本停唔到口。沙律就新鮮得嚟,啲菜葉子脆口得滯,幾舒服。朋友嗰邊點咗一塊rib-eye,肉質彈牙嘅程度我都滿意,配上嚟嘅黃油煎得恰到好處,吃落有咁陣陣嘅香氣。無啦啦,我都想嗌多塊肉!啲咖啡就一般般,樣子好睇但味道就真係咁回事。不過,我肯定會再嚟,要試吓啲咩食物繼續驚喜下。Feather & Bone,你嘅肉我記住咗!下次見👋🍽️。 continue reading

我哋嚟過呢間店好多次,但今次呢個牛柳三文治真係好出色,令我唔得唔專登朝佢寫篇食評。簡單嚟講,我哋成日去邊度都試牛扒,我呢次返嚟,對呢啲開胃小吃🍢🍖嘅印象深刻。牛扒做得好足料,煎得啱啱好,唔係嗰種鞋底硬,反而多汁又嫩滑。夾埋個新鮮嘅麵包,再加點辣根醬,真係正到彈!侍應服務都好咗好多,唔會再亂黎亂去,真係留神到我哋。上次發生過一件趣事,桌上滴水不斷,我朋友嘅碟中央就變成咗小水坑😂,咁佢就要閃開,搞到成個碟都濕晒。但係,肉眼扒🥩依然美味過癮,腸仔都算係呢度嘅必試小食。至於甜品,我要力推甘籃子🧁同埋蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕,唔好諗咁多,記得一試!下次你嚟,要快手啲問埋個甘籃子。咁滋味,錯過咗就真係蝕底! continue reading

Feather and bone 在香港有多間分店, 但分店位置大多分佈在香港島, 而其餐廳特色是先要在凍肉櫃選擇喜歡的肉類並叫他們當場烹調, 感覺就像在街市買菜. 當然您也可以選擇直接買生肉帶回家烹調, 所以他們肉類的收費是每100克計算, 而親切的店員有細心地推薦合適的生熟度和每樣醬汁的特色.這是點了五成熟的西冷牛排和七成熟的三文魚扒, 牛排外皮煎得焦脆內裏軟滑, 三文魚扒七成熟是有一點太乾, 建議吃五成熟, 這樣肉質會更加好.配菜的忌廉菠菜也很推薦, 另外他們的黑松露起司通粉(mac and cheese)有十分出色.看得出這是一家十分有心的餐廳.Feather & Bone跑馬地黃泥涌道11號永勝大廈地下A及C號舖 continue reading

呢間餐廳好多地方都有分店,每間既質素都維持得好好。價錢大概$200-$300左右一份,雖然唔算高級扒房級數,但呢個價錢有呢個風味同環境,確係性價比好高👍🏻Fish And Chips 既炸功一定做得好好啦,淨係睇相都預料到有幾香脆,配埋佢地既醬汁同擺落袋俾你擠既檸檬,成件事好refreshing !而steak and egg當然亦係重口味之選,而呢間餐廳提供幾款唔同既汁,令人一次過試曬唔同風味🐷雖然對我偏咸左啲,但口味因人而異,最欣賞係個vibes好舒服👍🏻 continue reading
