朋友在短短個幾月就去食左10次😍杏花邨新店，主打日式天麩羅，裝潢仲採用開放式座位，即煮好的菜品可以以最短時間呈上！餐廳亦專登由日本訂購日本製純正胡麻油，食落更香而不膩！天麩羅價錢親民，野菜類由$10起，海鮮類$15起，還有創意類、肉類、主食、料理、冷盤小食及飲品，亦設有超值套餐及兒童餐！推介超大隻的極上大虎蝦天麩羅，外脆內嫩，炸皮薄而且啖啖肉！ 沙錐魚天麩羅亦是必點的，只需$15，金黃色外層包住好鮮甜的魚肉！ 白鱔、黑虎蝦亦只要$15及$18 ！至於創意類，不得不揀紫菜天麩羅海膽，香脆的紫菜上放左吞拿魚蓉及海膽，令人回味！

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your tempura restaurant. While I had high expectations based on your establishment's reputation, my experience fell short in several key areas.Firstly, I found the attitude of the staff, particularly the manager, to be unwelcoming and dismissive. Rather than fostering a warm dining atmosphere, there was a palpable sense of indifference that affected the overall experience. A friendly and attentive approach is essential in the hospitality industry, and it was sorely lacking during my visit.Additionally, I was taken aback by the pricing of your menu items. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, the food did not justify the high prices. The tempura lacked the crispiness and flavor that one would expect from a specialty restaurant, leaving me feeling that I had overpaid for a subpar meal.I believe that with improvements in staff attitude and a reevaluation of your pricing strategy, your restaurant could truly shine. 好耐冇寫食評，呢間真係有需要寫下新鋪開張去試下食物質素正常，但有幾個地方仲係怪怪餐廳環境設計 中間係U 字型，但太過開揚。望住中間個吧枱雪櫃 都唔知想點。我寧願你好似一蘭咁整個partition。嗰個食嘢你眼望我眼。食物方面，我叫咗最貴嘅天婦羅set, 本身有象拔蚌仔，但電話落單時寫售罄，原來轉左另一樣嘢，坐低嗰陣冇人講聲既，到我問先講。正常都應該講聲啦。員工方面，講真新鋪開張，你做戲都俾啲笑容丫。個經理木口木面咁，執到錢都唔識笑。埋單問下佢有冇得訂枱， 「冇」，完左。 哦！氣氛都係用餐的一部分。唔講以為你俾人威脅去開工。佢前面上餐嘅空間好細，有個阿姐上烏冬嗰陣，單手攞住手震震咁，我幫佢攞碗烏冬，佢同我講叫我縮開手俾佢擺低。我都廢時出聲串佢。我就未必再比機會佢。
