Lunch time 去食飯叫咗個吉列豬扒咖喱飯,落單特別都話要多汁(自助落單)。嚟到豬扒又硬,飯又硬…好少咖喱汁,完全冇特別俾多啲汁。食到一半,請個店員加啲咖喱汁。嚟到個碗仔入面只得可憐的兩羹仔咖喱汁…唔緊要啦😒,諗住之後叫佢再加,點知店員話唔可以加兩次。 你餐廳一開始已經俾得少汁,加又加果小小。又唔俾客人加兩次,根本就係出餐質量本身問題。未試過去餐廳加咖喱汁都俾人challenge。(可惜冇影相…) continue reading

三文魚牛油果丼飯,真係好正!一入到餐廳,就已經被嗰股日式清新嘅氣氛吸引住。餐廳裡面裝潢簡約,又有啲典雅,令人覺得好舒服。三文魚,鮮紅色嘅魚肉啱啱好薄薄地一片,咬落去好嫩滑,唔油膩,仲有一種海洋嘅鮮味,簡直係一流。牛油果就係另一個驚喜,口感滑溜,仲有啲奶香味,配合三文魚真係絕配!再加上啲芝麻同蔥花,為整碗飯增添咗多啲層次感,味道更加豐富。最後,佢嘅醬汁都幾特別,微微帶酸,幫助中和咗魚肉同牛油果嘅油膩感,食完之後唔會覺得沉重。整體嚟講,呢碗三文魚牛油果日本飯真係好滿足,無論係味道或者擺盤都好精緻,絕對值得一試!下次再去,我一定會再點一碗! continue reading

星期六晚上七點左右同女朋友入座,目測當時店內六、七成滿左右,有兩、三張卡位無人。本身諗住坐卡位,但比店員有計劃地安排兩人位,同其他人搭枱,都理解既,但只能說體驗唔良好。去到食飯尾聲最後一張卡位先有人坐。我叫左吉列豬扒咖喱飯(甘口)+煎餃子+士多啤梨乳酸(+$5)女友叫左鹽燒鯖魚海蜆湯烏冬(黑松露薯蓉忌廉湯)+牛肉薯餅+熱無糖綠茶兩個餐隨野飲另外仲有一個包住雪糕既小泡芙(無影到),呢個可能係全餐飯最好食既唯一一樣野。所有野出餐都好快。我個咖哩飯,豬扒係好大塊,大到食唔哂,聞落去有陣油益味;個咖哩汁勁淡,好稀,一啲甜同辣既味都無。煎餃子,不過不失。士多啤梨乳酸,勁甜,單純係一杯用糖漿沖出黎既飲品,無士多啤梨味同乳酸味。女友個烏冬,佢話個湯好似用粉沖出黎,唔識形容,我試過都覺得似。鯖魚,普通,未至於難食既。牛肉薯餅,好鬆散,一夾就爛爛地咁,完全唔覺有牛肉,只有薯仔。綠茶,正常。食完店員都好快收野(呢個唔係批評黎,只係事實描述),亦無急住趕我地走既意思。最後成餐飯食完感覺食左一堆無味既野落肚。埋單總數$187,都唔會有下次了,佢只係一間用「裝修」同「日式食物」包裝既普通餐廳。 continue reading

好耐冇寫過食評了,今日過開紅磡原本想去食小籠包,但係冇開。周圍行咗陣便揀了這間食下午茶,叫咗個咖喱溫泉蛋芝士吉列豬扒飯,咖喱有得揀辛口,少少辣幾好,個日式咖喱汁有芝士及溫泉蛋,份量好足,最驚喜嘅係塊吉列豬扒估唔到又大又厚,雖然睇落好似冇乜肥膏,但係食落估唔到好腍,外脆內軟,絕對可以同一啲頂級嘅吉列豬扒專門店媲美,以這個價錢嚟講絕對是頂級,食完超飽。店舖環境寬敞,地方整潔,原來除咗黃埔外喺深水埗都有分店。 continue reading

.天下茶屋(黃埔)@tengachaya_hk .尖東之鬼又買外賣!雖然唔小心跑到黃埔.. 但好彩都唔係太遠menu就好吸引 食物如何呢?.自選丼 $78(雞肉 蟹籽 蟹柳絲 粟米 雜菜沙律 山葵乳酪醬).價錢可以 配搭ok.. 但加埋一齊唔ok..配菜真係唔多..面頭你雖然見到滿滿地.. 但真係得個層..沙律菜都係得面頭個忽..飯就真係好多..🤣但最大嘅問題係..因為個飯好熱.. 加埋面頭感覺適合「poke」嘅配菜一齊口感頗怪..🤫再加埋個醬.. 熱嘅飯再加山葵乳酪醬真係比較怪...我覺得分開每樣嘢係ok.. 但夾埋唔ok..可能係我呢個combo有問題..但建議大家揀.. 儘量試試其他佢set好嘅combo..應該會好d..🙏🤣.2.牛油雜菌帆立貝 $38呢個小菜值得叫..份量足.. 味道好.. 帆立貝口感新鮮 入味.. 雜菌都多..夠味又唔算油 舒服!👍.3.燒咖喱芝士牛肉飯 $68.邪惡之最.. 應該好難唔好味.. 實際又ok!芝士夠.. 肥牛幾多!咖哩味出 但佢唔算太香 & 唔辣.. 但成個口感夾埋我覺得ok!!反而佢無想像中口感咁邪惡..油少過我expect.. 味道可以的!👌🏻.4.蒲燒鰻魚帆立貝溫泉蛋丼 $72.呢個combo對於鰻魚人就係一大福音..溫泉蛋 又 鰻魚.. 夾埋一齊真係爽皮..呢個價錢.. 鰻魚抵食!再加埋帆立貝(同個小食一樣嘅味道)係高質嘅!!可以!!cp 👌🏻.4.三色芝士燒玉子 $36(黑松露 明太子 原味).玉子本身一半.. 偏甜又唔係太食到蛋香..但啲醬好味 尤其係黑松露..如果對玉子本身還有口感要求 就唔建議了..但 as 一個「點綴主食」嘅小菜..ok!.是次感覺就.. 大部分食物都中規中矩!未去到話推薦!但我覺得合理!可能下次試試人氣產品會比較均真啲..但.. 希望營養素幫到大家外食估算阿門🤣☺️ continue reading
