今日自己一個食晏,諗住簡簡單單食個飯就算,於是就行到嚟佐敦嘅粗菜茗星館,之前食過都覺得幾抵食,有茶有湯有飯都係五十幾蚊起,加埋一都係六十零蚊相比晚餐實在性價比太高了👍🏻食得清清地,就揀咗個豆腐火腩飯食雖然50幾蚊,但係絕不欺場六七件火腩+六七件炸豆腐,再加一碗大大碗嘅飯,同熱辣辣嘅例湯差啲食唔晒🤭本人對湯10分執着,一定要熱辣辣先飲,所以呢度就絕對啱晒口味,佢啲湯拎出嚟係熱到辣嘴嘅程度,大愛❤️ continue reading

近排好多老店逐間結業,所以有機會嘅話都想幫襯多啲老店。呢間粗菜館開咗好耐,雖然唔就腳,都專登行過嚟幫襯。叫咗個二人套餐:1)老火湯 2位 (指定菜式)淡但係夠熱,話係節瓜湯,完全冇節瓜味,湯內一粒節瓜核都冇,估計應該係合掌瓜之類2)豉油王煎蝦 2隻 (指定菜式)算正常,蝦尚算新鮮3)沙薑雞 例牌 (指定菜式)全碟有1隻雞翼,其餘全部係雞胸,仲要靭到完全咬唔開。呢個係指定菜式,你俾成碟完全食唔到嘅雞胸人食,即係想點?4)紅燒乳鴿 1隻 (自選菜式)皮淋肉靭,唔熱,冇味,蝦片全淋5)琵琶豆腐 (自選菜式)質地死死實實,夾雜細碎魚骨要吐出來,芡汁死咸,伴碟菜心算係好正常全餐飯最滿意係壺茶,水夠熱食完餐飯令人好頹,冇影相。老店想繼續營業落去,都要自己爭氣啲 continue reading

細細個已經聽過"粗菜館"呢個名, 經常路過見到佢地招牌, 睇其他食評先知原來係原址重開, 名為"茗星粗菜館", 今次朋友揀係到搞威士忌聚會, 可以試到呢到傳統粵菜粗菜館小炒皇 - 夠鑊氣, 下酒小菜首選陳皮香煎脆鱔 - 加陳皮去泥腥味幾好,  鱔如果更肥美就更好家鄉煎魚餅 - 招牌菜之一, 香口juicy厚身鬆軟招牌炒豬雜 - 幾好冇內臟膻味, 只係油咗少少秘製脆皮炸豬手 - 人多一定要叫, 外脆內軟, 調味剛好 糖醋黃花魚 - 炸到非常脆, 邊位嘅骨都可以食, 不過條魚比較細, 薄肉顯得唔夠嫩滑蒜蓉蒸勝瓜 - 勝瓜去哂皮, 細細粒夠嫩而且索哂蒜蓉味炸大腸 - 冇豬膻味, 非常香口夠脆, 大腸夠厚唔柴, 炸到乾身唔油膩另外仲有好多有水準經典小炒, 整體用餐都OK, 唯獨係訂枱時溝通咗可以全部免開瓶, 最後店員收咗1支開瓶費, 每人除開幾蚊就唔爭論啦  continue reading

嗰碟大蒜風沙雞,又乾又鞋口;魚湯浸聖瓜,聖瓜有黑邊,極度唔新鮮;蠔仔粥,水多過料。好後悔重要日子揀咗食呢間!其實之前兩次都食過係唔錯,不過一次跌 walk 就令到我唔會再幫襯。好失望!最後問 waitress 有冇糖水,諗住俾位佢補救,點知佢話要 $25 一碗,唔知碗糖水係咪有金箔,但係都好彩佢冇送,因為食完分分鐘要狂飲水洗口,因為太難食。真心,覺得又少一間可以翻炒嘅食店!而且服務態度好一般,所以冇下次囉!!! continue reading
