To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近牛奶冰室好似口碑麻麻,但勝在方便,今早諗住求其在牛奶冰室食個早餐。煎豬扒早餐$42 ,配上腸仔、火腿,丹麥包最特別配上燒粟米🌽$42一個早餐配上一杯熱杏霜,豬扒煎得唔錯,而且腸仔、火腿、炒蛋,煎蛋🍳⋯⋯任揀兩款。而且件早餐都唔少人,可能都係附近街坊。

上次堂食有個女樓面態度惡劣…問多兩句都黑口黑面…問佢點解啲態度咁惡劣佢仲要駁嘴…繼續黑口黑面…掉嘢今次嗌外賣啲湯少到喊…基本連啲粉都浸唔到…打去同佢哋投訴…佢哋淨係識得講你咪喺平台度投訴囉完全冇悔意!!完全冇打算幫個客人解決問題!或者補返啲湯畀客人…仲要晦氣講話你投訴咪去平台

第一次食牛奶冰室,晚市好彩唔洗等位。爆漿拉絲菠蘿包成日都想試,全日都有供應,所以難得就試試佢。菠蘿花新鮮熱辣上碟,切開有流心,似蛋黃mix 芝士。菠蘿包整體都算大個,菠蘿皮好香脆,芝士拉絲,增加口感,好食又唔會漏。不過價錢真係比較進取,$22 一個飽,試過一次就夠。晚餐小菜都幾多選擇,揀咗沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲($76)。都係熱辣辣上碟,賣相唔錯,幾啱撈飯食。不過沙嗲味唔算好濃,牛肉份量偏少。加$3可以配凍飲,揀咗個冷壓檸檬茶好有驚喜,唔使吉檸檬,一般茶餐廳檸檬茶更fresh,唔會苦澀。仲叫咗上湯胡椒花甲春卷米線($59) 花甲新鮮肥美,份量適中。湯底普通同埋成日咬到胡椒粒,唔係好鍾意。見到佢加咗酸菜,但係一啲都唔酸。整體嚟講普通茶記質素,間唔中食下都可以。

牛奶冰室近年越來越多,食物質素可以,但是員工質素唔得,排隊機等同虛設,有超過4人檯排隊都唔會理你幾點開始排,總是講2/3/4人檯不斷入,5人檯可以等40分鐘都話無。不知所謂!

牛排早餐愈來愈細塊,都不知有沒有80克重旺 。凍檸茶又用的都是冷壓不新鮮…早餐時段明明多張四人枱,而四人枱也是用兩人枱合併而成,但也硬要你坐高枱2人座…最主要都是肉愈來愈小,每1次來的時候的牛排份量比上一次又更小。服務人員不足夠,常常會裝作看不到客人點餐。而它的網上點餐系統,沒有足夠的選項。內部的可以選走汁,網上的沒有。
