以前成日來九龍城,都唔知有呢間野網上見到佢11月8號就結業,一定要來試下丫頭3次來都因為太多人,唔想等,所以放棄左(第三次係11:10到,已經排到轉彎)所以今日決定再早啲到,諗住10:15到,但遲左,10:30先到,好在仲未轉彎。今日最後機會,點都要排。排到12:20我就買到喇。排隊期間,聽到今日最早嗰個係9點就開始排主要係男的店主負責燒野,女的就負責裝飯,落醬同pack野。雞脾黃飯($45), 花枝丸($16), 火雞腎($14)淨雞脾都要($40),多5蚊就有一大盒黃薑飯,超抵仲送紙包飲品一盒。講真,唔係好似大家吹捧到咁好食的,只係不過不失。我諗係因為係附近的人的回憶,所以有少少over rate。今日應該仲早就截龍。聽講琴日係點半,今日到我或我之前都已經截左佢最出名的,應該係佢啲沙嗲醬。有客問有無得賣,老闆娘話無。11月7號只招待學生(最後衝刺的人請注意⚠️)雞脾燒得好嫩,雞腎同花枝丸正常。黃薑飯食到少少薑黃味飯面仲放左少少炸蒜片。我等緊拎飯的時候,有個女仔話係長洲出來,但老闆娘都同佢講唔好意思,因為已經截左龍喇。My mission completed continue reading

沙嗲豬頸肉花枝丸黃飯❤ $40九龍城呢間沙嗲串燒bookmark左好耐了 米芝蓮都有推介過! 聽講店主兩夫妻做到11月8日退休光榮結業 當然要黎朝下聖! 果日平日(前兩個禮拜)一兩點有十幾人排 都等左成9個字😳 見到店主老夫老妻燒串燒都燒到咁恩愛 快要閃盲單身狗了🙈沙嗲醬真心正! 香噴噴超濃郁 充滿花生香 加埋少少炸紅蔥碎撈個薑黃飯好惹味😍 不過d醬實在太少 好矜貴🥺 佢個小辣對於最盡食到譚仔3小既小編真係完全冇料到🤷🏿‍♂️ 豬頸肉微微焦脆彈牙juicy 花枝丸好濃味有咬口😋 由於佢太細個爐 好多野都燒唔切 包括好想試埋既雞髀 火雞腎等等🙁堂食得後巷幾個企位企得好逼 (對面商場有齊m記大家樂starbucks...🤪) continue reading

從來都冇聽過呢間小店嘅名字,咁岩上網見到話11月結束營業。上網search,發現好多人都話:係全香港最好食嘅沙嗲醬所以一於嚟試吓啦!小店嘅位置喺正九龍城商場對面都容易搵,當日係閒日下午兩點,一去到就見到長長嘅人龍。所有串燒都係老闆同老闆娘兩個人整,即叫即燒嘅關係,所以都要預啲時間等,但係為咗食嘢係唔介意等嘅,最後等左大約90分鐘。前面嘅朋友一個人order左大約$500嘅串燒去到我嘅時候,已經無牛肉同埋豬肉串燒最後嗌左串燒黃飯($40),個飯本身跟兩串串燒(我揀左雞腎,花枝丸),再加一包紙品飲品。另外要雞肉($14),豬頸肉($14)各一串。即叫即燒,全部都熱辣辣一嚟梗係即刻試吓個沙嗲醬,我要左小辣,但其實都係微辣,沙嗲醬好濃,好好味,我本身唔鍾意食花生都覺得個醬好好味。串燒方面:花枝丸就正正常常,雞肉同豬頸肉都好嫩好juicy,雞腎我冇食到所以唔知。薑黃飯:小店係用家用電飯煲煲飯,每次只可以煲好少飯,但係店主一盒飯會比勁多。所以keep住等飯都要等好耐,咁啱去到我係有飯唔使等。好有心思,老闆雖然好忙,但舀完啲飯,會係上面放啲類似炸蒜片嘅toppings。如果返本身係有薑黃嘅香味食落都有少少味絕對高質。而且份量非常多,成個餐我都係同男朋友share,大家都食得飽不過小店做到11月就唔做,大家想食就要快啲啦。同埋最好11:00開舖就嚟,當日我兩點幾,差唔多啲嘢食都賣晒,老闆娘係咁叫後面啲人唔好等 continue reading

呢間串燒店一向好好生意,成日好早就賣晒啲串燒,聽聞就快光榮結業,當然要嚟回味下。一串花枝丸、一串豬頸肉,加上秘製嘅沙嗲汁,可謂係驚世美食。花枝丸鮮味爽口彈牙,喺第二度食唔到。 continue reading
