家人推介位於九龍城的聚味軒,於是呢晚我地嚟幫襯一吓!餐廳內座位不多,如有家庭聚會,請提前預訂。昨晚幾乎全場爆滿!甫坐下,侍應生遞給我們一盤洗碗用的滾水及餐牌。我哋研究咗一陣,就點咗以下幾味小菜。菜式非常精緻,兼且好有鑊氣。這個瑪卡火焰雞煲,全場只有我地一枱點咗。當著火一刻好多食客都望住個著火嘅雞煲,好搞笑!小炒王脆皮咕嚕肉真係做到外脆內嫰!真功夫炒飯真係幾好食,米飯粒粒分明!反而個脆鱔球則略位遜色,因為唔夠啖啖肉,或者是鱔魚而家唔當造之故?其他菜式都不過不失,要讚吓廚師的手藝。總結來說,有機會會再嚟試吓其他嘅功夫菜! continue reading

聽聞 聚味軒 結業嘅消息,急趕過嚟九龍城幫襯,外賣咗幾個小菜當時星期六大約傍晚六點,堂食嘅客人唔多,但買完外賣再留意下九龍城其他食肆都係咁上下。感覺係九龍城比以前靜咗好多,乜事呀?有冇人可以話我知?講返食物,原本想叫咖哩酥炸生蠔,但突然留意到有 薑蔥生蠔,即改。果然無叫錯,啲生蠔泡過油,再加大量薑蔥同洋蔥調味。生蠔固然香口且啖啖肉,伴 🍻 一流,蔥同洋蔥亦爆香哂,千祈唔好嫌棄佢哋,至啱伴飯另外 霸王雞 半隻,係用一個大飯盒裝住,份量多少大家可想而知 😘 雞肉好滑,而且只有少少肥啖啖肉,配上特製蔥油,實際係當晚3個餸嘅首選為咗平衡下兩個餸都咁邪惡,最後叫多一個餸 干煸四季豆。唔好睇少佢, 除咗四季豆同肉碎,另外仲有辣椒同埋菇類。佢嘅辣度對於我嚟講係適中 😋 呢味四季豆入面加咗一啲菇類,一嚟增加口感與,亦都令到內容更加豐富 👍雖然啲餸菜真係十分好食,但可能 no next time。唔係我唔想幫襯,但係佢哋已經出咗結業通知,實在令人可惜 😥 continue reading

見佢有個一人晚餐抗疫套餐…嗌外賣叫咗個海南雞飯…返到屋企打開,唔知佢俾咗碟咩我…本身見佢寫明白飯,我都冇乜所謂,反正唔係話好想食飯,想食下餸多啲…但啲雞就得幾舊…有骨我都算,都明佢唔係專賣海南雞,又明唔係間間海南雞都會冇骨…但骨多過肉都唔知想點…然後醬又冇,得盒薑蓉…啲雞又老又鞋…真係擺唔落口咁嘅一盒嘢收我$70….然後$25加左碟油菜,都算擺得落口,但蠔油都冇滴,好健康…食個外賣好似見到自己人生咁…同社會百態咁…一樣咁慘… continue reading

經過舖頭門口見到有羊腩煲,撞正要同屋企人食飯所以book左位一試。 (咁啱夜晚返到屋企睇到有位YouTuber 都有話唔錯) ,所以更加期待。簡單總結一下,小菜係中上嘅。但羊腩煲真係唔好叫!原因非常簡單,$330一煲羊腩煲,入面食得嘅肉得四舊,另外俾左兩舊骨我哋。啲肉雖然係淋,但一夾完全散晒。味道不過不失。但你會唔會想用$330去食四舊仔羊?都見到隔離枱有投訴份量少,但聽到佢哋答正常。咁我都費事投訴了,但就勸大家真係預咗得幾舊都ok先好叫呢個羊腩煲。好失望真係 continue reading
