(八月三十一日寫的新店首評, 到今天還沒批核, 唯有現在再post過)新開的店當然要幫襯一下！第一次見面便看上眼，帶粉系的確好看一盒壽司有三朵花，花蕾有: 帶甜的龍蝦沙律、帶辣的哇沙比八爪魚、帶鮮鹹的三文魚籽帶子。飯糰沒黏牙，不死實，當然不能與鮨店相比，但肯定比我某一次在某連鎖日系壽司店的某地區分店裏所吃的飯糰做得更好。躲在花後的粉系太卷，入口舒服，味道輕甜而不造作，飯質無生硬，甜蛋軟滑。 continue reading
