    媽咪生日，雖然只係靜靜地喺屋企慶祝，但係點都應該要有個蛋糕嘅，去APM附近搵吓有啲咩蛋糕選擇，嚟到呢間蛋糕舖前俾佢多款靚靚蛋糕造型吸引，左諗右諗最終買咗個限定版嘅焙茶蛋糕。呢個係用日本焙茶而成的蛋糕及忌廉，忌廉打得輕盈，食落感覺都幾滑，蛋糕中間仲加咗少少朱古力脆片，入口有明顯嘅焙茶味道，不過食多兩啖感覺就甜咗啲；蛋糕做得夠鬆軟嘅，而且個底好似仲有啲脆脆，食落又多一層口感，幾個人分都仲有剩，整體來講性價比唔錯。 continue reading
