To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好啦，今日真係一個大滿足嘅日子！嚟到這間餐廳，咪話你知，食嘢真係滿足到我呢個五臟廟🙌！首先，個黑椒雞扒好過癮，厚厚一片咬落去真係juicy，熱辣辣嘅黑椒汁香椒味足夠，咁配埋香草嘅德國腸，一咬，啪啦啪啦嘅咬勁，真係好過瘾。邊度搵到甘有層次感嘅早餐嚟😋？跟住嚟個香脆多士，上面搽嗮牛油，哇，簡直係香脆得嚟又唔會太硬，同啖啖肉的黑椒雞扒真係啱哂配！熱奶茶就啱啱好，唔會太甜，一啖暖笠笠送落肚，整個人暖笠笠。至於糯米雞，荷葉香噴噴，糯米稔稔身，軟糯得嚟啖啖肉，都真係叫我食到停唔到口🍽️！糯米嘅滋味就算喺腦海裡都揮之不去。最正係，餐廳嘅服務真係冇得彈，員工嘅態度好有禮貌，見到佢哋成日笑咪咪嘅，令到成個食飯過程愉快咗好多。下次過嚟一定要再試過，還有那些未能一一品嚐的美食等緊我哋呢！👌🍴👀

7x蚊食碟叉雞飯，質素比大快活，大家樂的差。。。只有貴字。叉燒肉是不新鮮，肉質鬆散，雞也不是特別漂亮，飯也是普通飯。。。有受騙的感覺。也怪不得愈來愈少人幫襯真心，我認為不值得。

下午茶燒鵝米粉得5小件鵝件，少肉得可憐！唔通燒味師傅留返自己食?吓？不知所謂，浪費我金錢，浪費我時間，谷鬼氣！我同侍應反映，侍應答我係咁架喇，咁轉其他嘢食囉，不過費事啦，諗諗吓應該要轉，一路食一路谷氣…咁嘅燒味係應唔上枱給客，又或者你可以比多2，3件係有啲肉嘅!豈有此理唔俾你劣評你都唔得😡🤬
