最近,同住美孚嘅老友話我知晌四期平台有家「昌哥廚房」,小菜做得有水準,晚市亦有唔少特色菜,可以講喺有少少私房菜風格。平台呢邊真喺好少上到嚟,其實無咩特別原因,純因習慣性而已。既然,老友講到咁好,無理由唔上嚟試試架。其實,餐廳嘅位置對區外人嚟講哋好吊腳、好隱蔽,不過,作為街坊,講兩講就大概知道咩位置,簡單嚟講,晌「荔灣街市」(好多人以為近荔枝角公園晌橋底嗰個叫「美孚街市」)側旁一條樓梯,一上去就見到。踏入餐廳,地方唔大,但四四正正,簡單嘅茶記小店枱局,勝在夠光猛整潔。越晏就越多人,估佢唔到,最後都坐到滿,原來,真喺有好多街坊幫襯,可以講喺街坊飯堂。眼見個個入到嚟都同啲阿姐有幾句偈,表現熟絡。晚市,基本餐牌就得兩版,棟咗晌枱上,一版喺小炒套餐,定價七、八十左右,包飯、例湯,飲品就加錢;另一版就喺啲碟頭嘢,跟基本熱飲。此外,門口、牆上黑板,都寫咗唔是是日推介,都喺比較有特色嘅嘢,不過,價錢就幾取進吓。而店員仲話,佢哋唔會默守成規,晚市有少少私房菜嘅特點,餐牌無嘅,師傅煮到嘅都可以做,比較有彈性。杏汁豬肺湯 $60無論小炒套餐,抑或叫是日推介,都會包例湯,但眼見又有唔少客會揀飲呢個湯。雖然無咩轉配優惠,而且,個人覺得定價都好進取,但確實飲過你就知幾真材實料,杏香超濃郁,而啲豬肺洗得好乾淨,唔會有咩羶臊味。海南雞 $150估唔到呢度都有海南雞食喎,一份海南雞嘅份量真喺唔少,而且,色澤光滑,佐以特色辣醬及黑醬油。啲雞肉好滑溜,雞皮又爽口,而皮下脂肪少,啖喺肉,食竹戈得好爽。最愛沾上黑醬油,甜甜哋咁。大澳蝦醬炒鮮魷 $138雖然話喺炒鮮魷,不過,就額外加咗啲肉碎,最鍾意喺啲肉碎無咩肥肉,炒得爽身唔會好油,而啲鮮魷就極之柔嫩可口,唔會炒到又老又韌。當然,最正喺用上大澳蝦醬去炒,鹹香惹味,又唔會話過鹹而嗆喉,呢個餸用嚟撈飯真喺一流。折蟹肉蒸水蛋配龍蝦汁 $180蒸水蛋就食得多,加蟹肉,又加龍蝦汁咁奢華嘅版本就肯定未試過,加上小弟都鍾意食蟹,但就唔鍾意拆蟹肉,麻煩嘛,所以,呢道菜啱晒我。賣相就平平無奇,但正所謂禾旱冚珍珠,滔起一羹,蒸蛋之下有一梳梳蟹肉,配以面面嘅龍蝦汁,真喺鮮味無窮,再者,啲水蛋蒸得啱啱好,口感嫩滑。雖然茶記格局,但啲阿姐都好好招呼,同啲客有傾有講,氣氛融和。其實,是日推介中仲有好幾款嘢想試,例如紅燒扣肉、薑蔥蠔煲、黃金蝦釀冬菇,都喺好少機會食到,屋企就更加唔會整嘅菜式。順帶一提,唔喺日日都有晚市,星期三就唔做晚市喇,早市亦要9、10點先開,有少少個性!
