今日黎到間日式料理店,一入門已經覺得嗰份溫馨滲晒全身。仿佛置身東京小巷,秋風撲面嚟嘅感覺。服務員笑容滿面,感覺到佢哋嘅熱誠。我點嘅拖羅魚腩蓉丼真係好出色,魚腩肥美得嚟唔膩口,與飯粒嘅恰到好處嘅軟硬搭配得好天衣無縫。飯嘅溫度啱啱好,吸收咗魚腩嘅油潤,每啖都嘆為觀止。😍😍身邊朋友嗰碗牛肉丼攞嚟聞都覺得香味撲鼻,佢食完都係一臉滿足。麵豉湯仲要特別提一提,夠哂濃,喝落暖笠笠,啱晒嚟暖暖胃。😋😋仲有串燒,每串都炭香四溢,一啲都唔會乾柴。尤其係牛舌,厚切且外焦裡嫩,肉汁豐富,完全符合我對完美串燒嘅想像。😋鹽燒三文魚鰭亦都酥脆得黎,呢個真係意想不到嘅驚喜。不過話說番吞拿魚拼盤,每塊魚腩都新鮮得黎分量十足,同啲小卷配埋,每啖都係鮮。噉嘅好味道,實在令我好難忘懷。 下次再黎,我會早啲book位,確保可以再次品嚐到這份美食。 👍🏻 continue reading

同同事放左工想搵地方食少少野吹下水咁咁岩經過呢間日式小店位置正正係IND hotel 工業家酒店樓下見店舖面積細細但乾淨企理而燈光好柔和有少少日式居酒屋feel·由於唔係太餓所以點左少少野食主要都係想吹下水傾下計。厚燒牛舌($58)牛舌唔算好厚但燒到岩岩好牛舌曬左黑胡椒同岩鹽調味岩岩好而牛舌咬落爽嫩仲帶少少彈牙感雖然唔算厚切但個牛舌整體黎講好高質係會想encore 既一碟 。芝麻雞翼($32/2pieces)每隻size都唔細隻隻炸到金黃香脆外皮炸到超級脆身而裡面肉質仲好juicy。鹽燒鯖魚($68)以為68蚊份量會好少所以上枱一刻嚇一嚇有成半條鯖魚既份量鯖魚食落一d都乾燒得岩岩好。海膽1份($98)海膽配紫菜上枱海膽大大舊食落好鮮甜配紫菜一流 continue reading

坐巴士經過觀塘道,常常留意到車站旁,有一間格調不錯的日式料理店,今天決定訂位一試。座位不算很多,所以晚市很快滿座,想不到牛頭角那麼多人 🤣環境方面,很有心思的居酒屋設計,每個角落都放滿不同擺設,帶出日本氣氛。首先beer一beer,餐廳提供生啤,樽裝,日本酒等等選擇,而我選了orion,容易入口。 厚切牛舌芯串燒這個牛舌芯的口感和調味一流,生熟控剛好,juicy 滿足,十分推介! 鹽燒三文魚鰭三文魚鰭厚身多肉,魚皮脆口,配合醬汁果然是日本的味道,是一般居酒屋的水準以上。 吞拿魚壽司拼盤老板介紹由8月底,新推出的吞拿魚壽司,比預期好味。份量方面,有2件拖羅壽司,2件赤身,6件吞拿魚蓉小卷。拖羅是正常發揮,油脂豐富入口即溶,刀工不錯,刺身新鮮。赤身的魚味濃郁,切得厚身,好味。 continue reading
