To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年早餐想喺屋企食，系意樂叫咗兩個外賣，原來個份量都幾大下，三個人都夠share早餐嘅種類比平時茶餐廳嘅更加多，亦都好豐富漢堡扒腸仔通粉個湯底係蕃茄湯底，酸酸甜甜好開胃估唔到腸仔係用咗雞肉腸，仲要有兩條，份量非常之豐盛漢堡扒唔太鹹，仲有少少南瓜粒，食完好飽流心蛋餐肉配蒜蓉多士流心蛋餐肉餐有沙律做配菜，感覺健康啲另外仲有個免費嘅蒜蓉多士，吃厚身嘅麵包中間夾咗超多嘅蒜蓉醬，食完一定夠飽原來意樂嘅早餐都唔錯，下次可以再encore

一大朝起身朋友話想食早餐。專登去到餐廳叫咗外賣拎去俾朋友食。明明要咗外賣餐具。又收唔外賣餐具錢。但朋友一打開話根本都見唔到有任何餐具。叫佢點食呀。吾通用手食呀？之後又要去7-11買餐具。打電話返去餐廳話你哋漏咗無俾餐具。聽電話個人只係敷衍一句話下次補返餐具俾我。我下次仲要你份餐具做乜嘢？更離譜的是明明加咗火腿通粉。點解會變成麥皮。朋友係從來都吾食麥皮架。簡直係亂嚟。究竟廚房入邊啲人做緊乜嘢？未瞓醒？真係離晒譜見到都唔想食。真係無下次

第一次到這間西式餐廳，坐落一望餐牌，價錢相宜。我親戚叫一客飛魚籽三文魚蛋炒飯加一杯熱飲都不過70元，份量不少，我親戚也吃剩点飯呢，超抵食！而我叫一客湯拉麵(有七味豬扒加隻温泉蛋)還加一杯熱飯，也是70元有找，抵。我留意到隔離張枱：三位男士也叫了(美國安格斯牛定食)，那塊牛扒長長足夠男士胃口噢！看看餐牌也不過80元，超抵。這餐廳在openrice 有頗多分店，希望它越開越多間。正呀！

午餐去咗買個意粉返屋企一食，我以為自己食緊上海野嫩雞煨麵，啲麵淋到好似俾阿婆食咁樣，味道方面得一啲鹽味，好似油鹽水咁樣煮嗰個天使麵，煙肉又唔見有幾條，蒜就連影都冇，早知係咁就唔買，我係屋企整個出前一丁都好食過佢以前都唔係咁，而家啲質素差咗好多我打電話同佢反映啲麵淋到好似阿婆食咁樣，跟住佢話會同廚房講返，同埋問我會唔會拎落去換，我行咗15分鐘先返到屋企，天氣又熱，已經唔想拎落去換，亦都對佢再次嘅出品冇信心，費事嘥呢個心機同時間難食到我要打食評知唔知道我平時係公司食廚師煮個啲嘢都覺得可以入口，唔算大問題，你尼個麵真係餵埋我都唔想食宇宙世界核爆級咁難食！好自為之啦！
