To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友去行山應該係港島徑前先去食飽飽先得喇都算幾豐富既辣肉意粉個肉碎都唔算少,同埋個味都唔錯,不過如果個粉林一點會好食一D個炒蛋太濕唔太好食個包係OK的炸扒都OK,幾脆口炸得幾好食,不過個沙律醬就真係好一般了個茄汁豆都OK既奶茶茶唔夠香,淡口左一D

今日午餐唔夠飽，勉勉強強又挨到下午茶時段。原來我都有四五年時間冇幫襯過大快活。。。因為屋企附近都好似冇大快活。。。睇餐牌，三十蚊樓下都有個茶餐，都幾實惠喎！今日叫左個A03碗仔翅、咖哩魚蛋($24)，再另外加配是日湯米粉：雪菜肉絲米粉(＄7)。加埋就31冇餐飲，呢個地段算係咁啦。雖然一大張海報寫住晚市有送餐服務，但下午茶係要拎住張單去櫃面自取。米粉比我想像中大碗，口感不能要求大多。咖啡魚蛋有六粒，幾大粒，雖然醬料多，但唔太入味同唔辣。碗仔翅略淡味。

本來想吃火鍋，但是七時去到，火鍋已經暫停，唯有轉吃美國牛扒鐵板餐$48，另加意粉$6。以前吃過幾次，還可以。但今次的牛扒，大塊就幾大塊了，但很薄，沒有牛肉味，差了。羅宋湯：OK。意粉：有一點蒜蓉味，OK。下次要早點去吃火鍋。

I went to many Fairwood restaurants in other places. This one is the worst I had ever been. The food quality is average and not hot enough. Service level is also average. Very disappointed but sometimes I have to go there because there is no "Cafe de Coral" there.
