最近經朋友介紹嚟試呢間位於太安樓內嘅小店,主打即叫即煮嘅鉄板飯系列,煮食香氣四溢,行過都會忍唔住望多眼。實試咗佢哋四款招牌菜,整體驚喜非常多,誠意推介!🍽 推介:🔸 鉄板牛肉薄燒— 牛肉切得夠薄,落鐵板一煎即香,表面焦香但內裡仍保留嫩滑,配埋醬汁唔會太濃,啱晒鍾意肉香原味嘅人。🔸 一口牛粒— 外層微脆、內裡保汁,火候掌握得好,調味偏日式風格,鹹香適中,非常惹味,幾粒一啖真係停唔到口!🔸 鉄板牛肉丼— 丼飯份量十足,鋪滿大片煎香牛肉,底下飯吸晒醬汁,成碗食落去好有滿足感,適合大胃王!🔸 鉄板鰻魚丼— 鰻魚片厚身,燒得剛剛好,有微微焦香,配上特調甜鹹醬汁,連飯一齊食味道層次好豐富。🔥 煮食現場感十足!成個煮食過程都係即叫即煮,可以睇到師傅喺你面前鐵板上快手炒煮,香味撲鼻,感覺就好似睇緊一場小型鐵板燒表演咁,睇得開心、聞得開胃!🥡 今次係外賣返屋企食,意外地食物保溫效果好,唔會變淋,仲保持到焦香感,呢點值得一讚!📌 總結感受:太安樓向來係街坊搵食天堂,競爭大,但鉄皇子小賣所算係近期見到最有誠意嘅新店,用料實在、價錢合理、份量足,而且香氣絕對係全場最出色,誠意十足。

Today, we go to Tai On Building for yummy food! There is a new Teppanyaki restaurant. We order lots of food. Teppanyaki beef thin roast, Japanese Beef grains, Teppanyaki beef don and Teppanyaki eel don. We can look at the chef performance, we can see fire show when he is stirring frying! Teppanyaki beef thin roast contains lots of fried garlic and chives, strong smell and tasty. Japanese beef grains is yummy and juicy, the meat is soft. We must immediately eat it in the restaurant, because it is too yummy. Teppanyaki beef don and Teppanyaki eel don are also good, the beef and eel are well seasoned. We love the dining experience so much.

身為港島人買宵夜就梗係去太安樓啦,嗰度有數十間各種不同嘅小食店,平時食黎食去都係嗰幾間食到有啲悶悶地,今次就試下太安樓唯一嘅鐵板燒店「鉄皇子小賣所」,過咗晚飯時間都排晒隊,味道質素一定有保證👍🏻鐵板牛肉薄燒師傅先將牛肉輕輕辣一辣,再包住大量炸蒜同香蔥,特別香口😋牛肉軟腍腍再配上脆卜卜嘅炸蒜令口感更加豐富,一份有三大件,每件都用咗三片牛肉,勁抵食日本一口牛粒必點👍🏻除咗好食之餘仲可以睇到師傅功架十足,翻炒期間再點火,啱晒打卡又吸精😍和牛粒帶點脂肪,入口充滿肉汁,油脂香味充斥口腔,火候控制得啱啱好,一點都唔會韌,越嚼牛味越濃😋鐵板牛肉丼招牌丼飯👍🏻小店係用上日本珍珠米架👍🏻半肥瘦嘅牛肉鋪滿整碗飯上面,肉質特別軟滑,加上洋蔥同燒汁去翻炒,最後再加上芥末沙律醬,甜甜地嘅醬汁特別下飯鐵板鰻魚丼呢個丼飯係用上一整條鰻魚架🤤肉質比較爽脆彈牙,師傅先外皮嗰邊煎香,再放上鰻魚汁繼續香煎,最後放上珍珠米上面,加上紫菜碎,香甜嘅醬汁滲入米飯之中,份外美味📍鉄皇子小賣所 (西灣河)西灣河筲箕灣道57-87號太安樓地下A54A號舖人均消費:$50-100食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
