To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期二晚上在「新蒲崗」「五芳街」享用完「牛腩飯」晚餐,是時候要為「晚餐」裡面的「雞肉」食品而煩惱,恰巧「八達通」餘額不多,令我不想再遠行,所以我選擇外賣自取「雞肉」食品,回家之後繼續慢慢享用。恰巧位於「新蒲崗」「五芳街」商場大廈「萬迪廣場」旁邊,有一幢小型工業大廈「利嘉工業大廈」,大廈樓下有一間外賣自取性質為主的港式燒臘店,燒臘店的名稱叫做「食家燒味皇」。「食家燒味皇」的外賣自取燒臘飯盒價錢也不算很昂貴,例如只購買一盒「豉油雞飯」,都只需要港幣三十二元而已。如果食客想享用「豉油雞髀飯」的話,再加港幣十元就已經可享用到。另外,「食家」為購買外賣燒味飯食品的食客附送套餐飲品。食客每購買一盒外賣燒味飯盒的話,「食家」就會附送紙包飲品一包,我選擇了紙包「蜜桃紅茶」飲品。回家後,我開始享用「食家」的「豉油雞髀飯」。「豉油雞髀飯」裡面的雞髀肉連骨頭上,被食店廚房師傅使用算是齊整的刀法斬成多段。而且「食家」的「豉油雞」雞髀肉質尚算肥美,雞皮跟雞肉之間還有不少脂肪,令「豉油雞」外層,除了食到鹹甜味道豉油雞肉之外,雞肉實際口感也沒有變得太乾。至於「食家」外賣「豉油雞髀飯」的實際味道方面,「食家」廚房師傅雖然已經淋了鹹味豉油,但是部分鹹味豉油實際上,還是逗留在雞髀肉表面上。所以「豉油雞髀飯」底層的白飯實際味道,沒有我原本預期那麼鹹,沒有滲透大量來自豉油的鹹味,加上食店當時快將關門休息,我購買飯盒後還需要乘車回家,所以白飯實際口感也因為食店快將打烊而變得有點乾有點放涼。但是,幸好即將打烊休息的「食家」,為「豉油雞髀飯」預備了很多調味醬汁,包括鹹味的「豉油」和「薑蔥蓉」,所以白飯實際上味道還未至於變得淡而無味。加上還有口感尚算是嫩滑的「豉油雞髀」肉幫忙,所以「食家」製造的「豉油雞髀飯」,除了售價價錢不算是很昂貴之外,味道也很濃厚,又有大量嫩滑雞髀肉可以享用,有機會的話下次仍有機會光顧。
