世間少有良心小店:雖然佢地做埋呢個星期就唔做,但我都想寫埋最後既食評作為最後既支持。香燒雞皮蝦膠:蝦膠燒果時入面塞左香茅,好香口,外面用雞皮包住,燒到脆哂,完全無哂雞脂味,好特別既手工菜。醉鴿:我諗我唔會再食到咁好食嘅醉鴿,食過返唔到轉頭。宇宙無敵好食生腸:我不嬲都好鍾意食街頭小食,生腸。但係第一次喺舖頭食到咁厚肉地,咁香甜嘅生腸。絕對係全香港最好食嘅生腸,好食過肥姐生腸10倍左右。入咗餐廳就會發現大部份都係食開嘅熟客,氣氛非常之好。從來冇喺香港見過一間咁有人情味,服務態度咁好,食品咁高質嘅餐廳。另外,如果你係鍾意飲清酒嘅朋友,一定要黎試一試。 continue reading

呢次去咗桻之燒,光係聞到炭火嘅香味已經流晒口水🤤。一入座,就俾店員熱情招呼,好樂意介紹佢哋嘅特色。第一啲,啱晒為數不多嘅牛肉串,軟滑得嚟保留咗牛肉原本嘅汁味,我嘅味蕾實在係嘆為觀止。其後試咗個手工魚丸,魚味濃郁得嚟不會過分鹹膩,啖啖肉感,正!餐廳仲有款自家製嘅豆腐,食落去咸香鮮美,完全唔似市面上嘅做法。至於雞肉串嗰個嫩滑,仿佛溶喺口裏,無得輸!講到甜品,佢哋個清新嘅抹茶雪糕,真係為呢頓大餐劃上一個完美句號。總括來講,桻之燒嘅食物質素同服務,真係令人心花怒放,下次有機會一定要再嚟。👍🍡 continue reading
