我朋友睇到openrice有正評,以為值得一食,帶我去食,點知一坐底,伙記即時擺低花生,無端端俾多左錢(我對花生敏感)之後叫個水煮魚和牛肉,魚完全唔好食,接近難食到嘔,牛肉有大陣雪味,伙記又唔肯換,態度好差。已列入黑名單,永不回頭光顧! continue reading

叫得為食魚, 個感覺一定覺得食完條魚會令到自己好為食. 當見到條魚嘅價錢之後, 就知道原來係個老闆好為食, 收人三百幾蚊鯇魚。 咁冇計啦唯有叫辣雞煲。一上菜, 望一望見到隻雞好實, 就夾一嚿嚟試下, 點知隻雞 好似四十幾歲咁, 老到柴皮, 雞煲嘅醬汁, 冇香味, 毫無辣味, 淨係將一樽蠔油倒曬入去, 得個鹹字, 一隻雞嘅份量, 好似得一半多少少, 呢間嘢唔識煮雞煲, 點收人哋二百幾蚊隻雞. 室內冷氣潔淨程度尚算合格, 啲夥記都OK. 呢間係我有生之年食雞煲都算係最差嘅一間. 如果佢喺Foodcourt開檔, 只要將個水準預期降低, 食完你都一定會容忍唔到炮轟佢. 最後我打賭一年內一定執笠. 希望佢畀啲良心做生意, 唔好日日坐喺度發牛豆. 講完! continue reading

搬左落西灣河,筲箕灣幾年,呢間小店由第1手每1至2個月去一次到宜家轉左手兩年間1個星期去兩至三次,就系因為食物質素,味道,地方清潔都比以前大大改善。小店食物質素固然重要,但人情味都系經常幫襯嘅因素之一,係呢度係不單只老闆維繫到一班熟客,就連班熟客都維繫到一段友誼。講返菜式我就特別鍾意麻辣大腸雞煲/酸辣魚鍋/啫啫雞雜煲/干扁肥腸....呀~仲有一樣,就係桌上花生,每次我都食幾碟,只要你話好味,老闆就會自動自覺比多碟free嘅你,呢啲就系小店嘅溫馨 continue reading

今日叫咗兩個飯餐,叫完之後個老闆放低左兩杯水,跟住再放低左碟花生。我話點解有花生食嘅,個老闆話因為我哋除低咗個口罩,會有人報串加。食完埋單,見到張單上面有$10花生收費,我問花生要收錢架?收錢個職員話花生係要收錢。我話你哋放低嗰陣冇同我話要收錢,Menu上面又冇寫明,冇理由無啦啦要收我錢,兩個餐會俾錢,個花生唔會俾。收錢個職員就同老闆講』老闆佢話唔俾錢呀,花生唔俾錢喎』。之後個老闆態度好惡劣咁話:『花生緊係要收錢,你唔食咪出聲囉,你有冇食吖!你有呀嗎!你去第二度食嘢都要俾錢啦!你而家係食嘢唔俾錢呀。我話『俾唔係問題,問題係你放低嗰陣冇同我哋講。第二度都會寫明茶芥,餐前小食要收費,幾錢。你哋Menu上面又冇寫,如果你哋有寫,我無睇,係我問題。我點咗嘅兩個餐,我會俾錢。花生嘅唔會俾。』啲嘢食就普普通通啦,唔難食但唔會特別想返去食。唔明點解仲要+10%服務費, 服務咗係邊? continue reading
