最鍾意嘅米線舖，特登過嚟食，已經食過無限次，水準都keep得到，都係咁好味🥰佢嘅招牌係炸豬扒米線，我加多個什菌雙拼🤭豬扒有2大塊，軟腍入味，湯底清甜，米線又滑又彈牙，配上佢特製嘅辣酸菜粒，開胃又過癮，每碗仲有花生同蔥花配搭，口感層次更豐富，最後連湯底飲埋都完全無涸喉。份量仲要超級足，真係抵食到不得了👍呢次叫埋炸雲吞：鮮肉雲吞口感扎實，經酥炸後外皮薄而鬆脆，外脆內嫩，令人不禁一口接一口吃唔停呀！😋 continue reading

去完郊遊 喺東大街食咗少少小食打底 就諗住搵間餐廳坐低食個early dinner 見呢間米線多數分店都係港島 平時冇乜機會食就試下 叫咗一個招牌豬扒酸辣米線 同埋一個撈薯粉如果話係招牌 咁呢個豬扒米線就比較有啲普通 湯底係普通清湯 米線尚算煮得有咬口 配料有啲鹹酸菜同花生 花生好脆值得一讚 豬扒就係普通豉油豬扒 偏薄冇特別炸得酥脆嘅印象 就係好普通 四十幾蚊街坊餐廳算係咁 唔使特別試而撈薯粉就比較失望 撈麵嚟講配料唔算足夠 都係有啲花生同酸菜 撈薯粉嘅“汁”主要係辣油 但係油嘅味道講唔上香辣 食落嘅感覺就係冇味好油 有啲慶幸冇嗌撈公 因為起碼薯粉唔會太索油整體嚟講薯粉留低嘅壞印像實在太深刻 真係盡咗力都食唔晒 continue reading
