第二次到道北,星期六下午不太多人,平日 lunch time 比較 full,需要訂枱。今天選了兩份 set lunch,一份牛扒 5 成熟,一份橄欖油三文魚扒併紫薯蓉。牛扒外脆內嫩,多汁,薯條炸得很好味;三文魚也很大件,皮脆,配合紫薯蓉及沙律菜,質素高,非常好吃。藉得一提是餐湯,侍應說是日本麵豉湯時有點奇怪,因西餐配麵豉湯有點不配吧!但湯比想像中好飲,附有紫菜及豆腐,不錯!侍應招呼上雖然普通,但"叫"即"應",故感覺良好。價錢算是中上價錢,兩個 set lunch 共 $249。 continue reading

今晚同肚腩再戰,先來一個海胆什錦魚生拼盤,再來一個㕑師特制嘅牛肋骨,然後來個棘鷄煲仔飯,先講海胆魚生拼盤,食材故然新鮮,皆在水準之上,其次係炭燒牛肋骨,約七成熟,十分出色,配搭紅酒實屬一流,至於個棘鷄煲仔飯就更頂癮,可要小或中大棘,色香味俱全,還有其他欵式煲仔飯,不过要下次再試,由於自來酒水不另收費,所以可自帶並配搭食物,真係食得過癮,飲得開心。 continue reading
