昨天中午至下午茶時間到食飯，又點了中午限定優惠，一直有點，味道不錯，賣相好，昨天不例外，竟然來了好似食剩的雲耳香蒜蒸班頭腩，跟我一直的完全不同（沒有粉絲）賣相差好極點！找經理問問，他按餐牌照讀，說餐牌上沒顯示有粉絲，跟住用抬上匙撥開數一數共六件以上，敷衍了事⋯⋯再跟經理傾了一會，但沒過來交代，叫他問問廚房又沒行動！舊的經理在那兒！為何此間食店忽然變得咁差！是否想趕客⋯⋯難理解今時今日有這態度，前人打理咁好！真白白浪費！希望正視有關部門吧 continue reading

週末同屋企人飲茶，簡左來奧海城，因為容易泊車親戚介紹依間咁就一嚐佢的點心，來到剛好係下午茶時段，大約3點 入座。落單無耐，就被通知干炒牛河賣哂，想轉燒腩仔瀨粉，又賣哂。一肚氣，唯有只食點心。第一個介紹係脆麻花，隻皮不是用傳統皮，再加左個極有新意的柚子醬，完全破壞我的認知，真係食不下口，平時都好鍾意食脆麻花。。。之後到蘿蔔糕，唔算好脆，冇乜臘味，九流刀工，有圖有真相。糯米卷，麵包身帶甜，個人認為用錯麵包。極少花生，糯米唔好食，超差的比例。牛肉球，肉身非常腍，應該溝咗大量肥豬肉，唔好食。之後仲有粉果燒賣等等，不過不失冇再影相了。順帶一提，廳面用咗非常花巧的吊燈，好多塵，見到都唔開胃 🤮總結：好的點心師傅越來越少，咁樣嘅質素我寧願食快餐店。 continue reading

    我uncle日日都飲茶嘅，對食物嘅質素要求好高，價錢唔係問題，食物質素係最重要，一分錢一分貨，一分錢而家就做唔足，先講紅白炒飯，炒飯非常乾，啲飯好似冇煮過咁，啲汁就夠熱嘅，第二道菜就係芫荽叉燒腸，呢度菜就唔錯，不過餡料可以多啲，第三道菜係炒手，普普通通，啲汁唔夠味，蘿蔔糕煎得唔夠金香，蝦餃又唔好食，唔鮮味，燒賣就整到綠色嘅，完全又唔好睇又唔好食，直到我uncle唔開心，我以後都唔會食呢一間，仲有個金色糕，我情願食普普通通嘅馬拉糕。 continue reading
