周圍蒲頭、白忙一場,真係罪過少不了一頓好食。今次腳步幾經辛苦,攞到嚟到這家飲食界o既老字號食堂試埋下午茶。入嚟時間已過仲下午,老闆面露微笑歡迎筆下,咁我就唔客氣,即刻點菜。首先,佢哋嘅香芒蜜桃炸蝦食落真係鮮味十足,脆脆哋,沙律醬適中唔搶味,係咁一匙一匙嘅挖,感覺個嘴都要唔停歇啦🍤!再嚟,煙三文魚芝士菠菜酥餅入口即溶,菠菜嘅清新夾雜著濃郁芝士,層層酥皮包裹煙魚,個汁香滑得滴,食落簡直得意!😋最後,加咗既紅豆雪糕冰,簡單直接,紅豆香甜掂實,溶在口中嘅雪糕有冰凉嘅解膩感,場面上個挫冰又幫到手,即刻化走咗我啲煩悶!🍨整體嚟講,這次食評體驗,可以話係滿載而歸,唔需要太多華麗辭藻,正係真正食到香港食肆嘅貼地好滋味。食就食嚟講,你話呢! continue reading

2人各點了個餐1. 酥皮龍蝦湯,肉醬意粉同埋凍檸茶個湯好好飲,肉醬意粉都OK2 唔記得咩名的沙律,好難食,D菜又黃,面個片黃色的一D都唔脆,又無味道(其實成碟都無味),螺絲粉勁硬,一D都唔好食配左一即磨,都幾好飲。埋單出門先見到原來恆生卡有買2送1優惠,但D優惠廣告又唔放係餐桌/MENU,否則可以試下甜品。 continue reading

因為好想食鮮果沙律,同埋薯條,就諗起只有意粉屋。叫左個$248套餐。蟹肉南瓜湯、龍蝦湯。南瓜湯好味D,不過南瓜極少,欣賞佢用真蟹拆肉。芝士焗龍蝦帶子天使麵,(另選擇是原隻龍蝦帶子墨魚汁麵$288,相信就算原隻都係無味,仲係龍蝦mo,無意思啦)呢個普通天使麵亦然,龍蝦??同根本為左爽口,被梳打粉醃到,好似雪藏蝦味,係蝦定慮蝦?唔知;帶子,急凍小帶子,得小小帶子味。黑椒蜜汁豬仔骨凱撒沙律及美國瘋薯條,豬仔骨要自行淋埋燒汁,味道才出來、才好吃。但那些薯條,炸唔夠,薯條仍有點死實,唔鬆化。另加的半份,挪威三文魚鮮果沙律,好多墊底生菜!!生果juicy全因為切得大粒,一咬好多汁啫,其實整體賣相都唔fresh。我唔知道係「套餐縮命」─set好晒,唔好食吖?還是揀錯配搭,這餐只係食飽左,沒有歡愉滿足感覺。 continue reading

班天使去飲茶,我當然在其他地方找食處la! 最後決定---意粉屋~職員非常有體貌,問我們要溫水、冰水等,然後為我們介紹下午茶!點了肉醬意粉,餐湯係酥皮龍蝦湯,這個湯非常好,有濃烈的蝦味外,酥皮亦是一流!凍檸檬茶有額外糖漿,隨你口味 兩支小飲管,我心裏是感激的,因你在茶餐廳飲的時候,萬一有"核"頂住,茶就會唔上唔落,甚是麻煩!$50-60有個好環境吃下午茶,good~~~P.S: 妳真行,飲完茶"打包"都好呀,叉燒包都冇 continue reading

年初三同女朋友去食個afternoon tea,見到個menu既tea set只係淨番兩個已經先打左個突 (原本係有成四版十幾款可以揀),不過新年期間少左選擇都無可厚非,算。我點既兩個餐,一個係白汁蜆肉磨菇螺絲粉,另一個係煙肉蛋磨菇螺絲粉,等左一陣,佢黎既兩個意粉我都覺得錯左,一個係龍蝦汁磨菇長通粉,另一個懷疑係白汁磨菇螺絲粉。我咪問吓個waitress有冇上錯枱囉,ok,龍蝦汁嗰個錯左,白汁嗰個佢話冇錯,但係我搵黎搵去都唔見有蜆肉囉,我之前喺其他分店食過都唔係咁樣,今次水準真係好差。另一個再上桌既時候,同第一碟既味道差唔多一樣,係多左啲乾煙肉碎同蛋絲,如果唔係對比番第一碟,我都會覺得可以接受,但係我就好唔鐘意佢哋堅持話嗰個所謂蜆肉螺絲紛係冇問題囉。我啱啱先申請左VIP會員卡,係因為我之前都覺得Spaghetti House啲野食唔錯,但係今次真係打左個折扣,希望佢哋只係因為新年人手唔夠先至係咁啦。另外,走既時候經過好幾個侍應身邊都冇人講聲thank you,都希望佢哋改善吓。 continue reading
