就是這個「煎米底」

幾年前這裡還是「唐人佳酒家」時，我和朋友們專程開車入來吃這個煎米粉，酒樓易手後都沒有再幫襯了。今日心血來潮想吃中菜，決定試一試！菜牌上沒有的，在魚缸看到有海蝦，問可否用米粉做類似「上湯龍蝦伊麵底」？阿姐話「可以，煎米底咪得囉！秤完蝦加 $30」米粉煎到脆卜卜，沾了上湯的汁，非常好味！廚師把蝦頭開邊，蝦腳蝦頭都處理好，方便人食。下次再來就是為了這個米粉！ continue reading
