大埔街市多美食就聽得多,平時真係好少入去尋寶。難得幾位朋友仔唔怕遠肯陪我試新嘢因為睇咗電視台節目先知街市裡面有檔隱世私房菜,今晚得我地一枱,感覺好似包場咁,食飯時仲有live music伴住好chill先上咗足料雞湯比我哋潤下喉龍,第一道係清蒸海斑,廚師細到將條魚切開一塊塊,放便我地拎,而且火候到位,唔會太老/唔熟,仲食到嗒嗒骨膠原添之後上嘅海蝦好嘢味,配合一啲麻辣嘅感覺,好開胃,海蝦嘅新鮮度可以提高點咸雞係其中必食嘅菜式,平平無奇嘅外表,食落勁滑身而且唔覺有雪味清蒸豆腐釀肉餅,豆腐滑到不得了,撈飯一流生煎藕餅配埋啲青瓜一齊食,感覺清新減低油膩感最後係香煎飽魚并黑椒水蜜桃,鮑魚清晒內臟,水蜜桃加咗黑椒粒😶最後仲有烚菜同嗒太租嘅糖水,滿足完滿嘅一餐 continue reading

同時相約喺大埔食私房菜,幸好同事駕車好快黎到,來到好有家的感覺。雖然是街市裡面,但環境整潔。由於就來上飛機✈,所以點評幾道菜先先來腕湯,無味精,好喝。蝦每隻都好新鮮,不油膩但很香!鹹雞呢都好肉嫰,皮薄,好似以為自己食緊大陸的養🐔鮑魚爽,面有點脆,很滋味。我地7個大男人食到好滿足,個個都勁讚👍👍要讚老闆娘都好好人,夠親民 ,好有家的感覺😊值得再食的私房菜,記得打電話預約。 continue reading

記得第一次來這裡吃飯係幾好年前,有日去寶湖街吃午餐,經過見到以為吃蛇羹,原來有客飯吃,當日試了蒸肉餅同鹹雞飯,一試便愛上。後來知道可以預訂私房菜,就約朋友試下,結果試過的朋友都大讚👍,又介紹其他帶朋友去吃。昨晚帶一班同事(共9人)去吃,老闆話8人就有4個海鮮,今日我們9人有5個海鮮,太開心了!首先每人一碗無味精靚湯,好清甜,跟住有條海斑,超級大條,蒸得剛剛好,魚肉好滑,重點係醬油,係有爸爸的味道,可以吃到一碗飯。另外驚喜係有超級肥美的北極貝,未吃過咁大隻,一口咬落去係有汁爆出來,好回味。鮑魚配沙律係每次都有,今次鮑魚煎得好香口,有脆邊。蒜蓉蝦每隻都好新鮮,炒蟹一樣,不但係靚蟹,而且炒功一流,唔會好似酒樓咁先走油,吃到鮮味!仲有鹹雞同整鴨都係在其它地方吃唔到的。吃到大家都好滿足,個個都勁讚👍👍👍👍唔止菜式好味道,老闆同老闆娘都好好人 。😊😊知道就快在樓上開新店,好期待!😋😋 continue reading

已幫襯過5次私房菜,無數次去食中午飯,真的要推介一下,是一間好有內涵的食店。老闆同老闆娘殷切招待,對食物煮法有極高要求,專選新鮮食材,大埔友真係要前往一試。雖然環境是在街市內,但細小的空間充滿古典味。私房菜中的蝦,簡直冇得輸,暫時係我食過最出色嘅豉油王蝦,一定要講嘅係絕無味精,亦唔會將食材走油 真係靠師傅嘅炒功同新鮮的食材。另外不能不提係鮑魚(驚喜之作),每次將最後一口吞完,總會有失落的感覺,又要等下次私房夜才有得食了😭。300元,有4-5個海鮮,另有湯菜及咸雞( 必試),白飯任食,個人覺得幾抵食,推介過的,都讚!(私房菜一定要電話訂位,午餐要留意一星期有2天休息的,去前要check清楚) continue reading
