各位食友,今次我嚟到一間正宗港式小巷酒家,馬上就要同大家分享下我嘅食飽飽之旅喇!🍜🥢首先,嗰份炸魚薯條真係出色,炸魚外皮炸到金黃又香脆,撈一啖啲魚肉厚到好似雲霄飛車咁刺激!彈牙滑溜,鮮味十足,少少海鹽嘅點綴就令味道更飛躍。再講吓薯條,我梗係要夾啲他他醬嚟扣口啦,微微鹹味夾雜埋醬汁嘅香滑,真係話你知嘩不得了!而家講吓個黑醋汁火箭菜巴馬火腿沙律,食落去真係清新得黎又陣陣醋香,我嘅胃口頓時大開,都唔驚會食得嘔呢。尤其係巴馬火腿,煙韌得嚟,帶啲鹹香,掂晒!🥗最後,當然少不了講吓個Angus rib eye steak,個牛扒外焦內嫩,肉汁滿滿,每一咬都係質感爆燈嘅享受。啲薯條又喺度伴奏得好味噏,一齊入口,簡直係牛肉交響樂!總括嚟講,呢間港式酒家真係滿載驚喜,無論環境抑或係美食都令人難忘。仲等咩,快啲拉埋你啲臭朋友黎試下啦!🤤👌🏻

酒吧餐廳嘅附近唔算好多人流,所以佢嗰邊嘅人大多數都係去飲酒或者去嗰邊附近住,所以果次都咁啱同朋友去嗰度chill下,身為大埔友呢間真係第一次試,真係估都估唔到會係Pizza🍕裏面加入火箭菜,雖然小編係未食過,但係都聽過係一樣好難頂嘅食物,但係估唔到加咗入Pizza裏面味道好特別,夾埋ham去食都可接受(起碼好食過芫荽先🙈)扁意粉味道好香濃,而且平時唔太鍾意食軟殼蟹嘅我都覺得炸得好香口,外脆內軟,最憎有骨嘅肉既小編可以啖啖肉非常開心😆 cocktail方便因為都唔知有咩飲品推介所以都問咗侍應推介一啲飲品俾我哋,因為自己都鍾意啲酸酸甜甜嘅所以都好推介俾大家可以叫(X.Y.Z)酒精唔會好濃,真係似一杯酸酸甜甜嘅果汁🍹

前一個星期準備入大埔旅遊一天,所以就係openrice搵定資料,睇吓有咩好介紹,見到這間有好多like,食物又幾吸引,於是網上訂定位,知道開3點,因為我哋唔識路,所以都預早少少去搵,因此比訂枱時間早到左,但見食評寫得咁好,而我哋又咁遠來到,都希望試吓這間餐廳,於是都週圍逛逛等開門. 見到已過3點,我哋行到餐廳,發現門未開,內面有少少燈光,於是推門入去問,個位男士話準備開門,但只得飲料,食物要大約5點先開始😭😭😭😭咁就唔好話開3點啦😤😤😤😤😤

今日約咗朋友去大埔行街,行完街諗住喺附近搵啲嘢食吓順便飲少少酒傾吓計,老友帶我去咗一間餐廳酒吧氣氛真係好好,而且啲嘢食都唔錯,所以喺度推介一下。NOC NOC 餐廳酒吧係大埔墟直街,餐廳環境非常之好,而且好適合一班朋友傾偈食嘢,加上有少少音樂喺度食嘢傾偈,感覺都幾放鬆。坐低點少少啤酒飲吓,點咗支藍妹 45元,朋友就點咗杯紅酒。燒豬肋骨配薯條 198元,豬肋骨份量都好多燒到啱啱好,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅味道,一啖咬落去仲係好多肉汁,而且豬肉好香好嫩,食得出材料真係好新鮮,加上肋骨嘅位置比較香口特別嫩滑。另外薯條都炸到脆卜卜,點少少茄汁配返杯啤酒真係一絕。炸魚手指 ,魚手指炸到外脆內熱,外邊嘅調味啱啱好,令到入邊嘅魚肉味道更加香,配埋沙律醬一齊食味道更加有層次。黑松露雜菌蘆筍燴飯,賣相相當吸引,黑松露嘅味道亦都好獨特,陣陣嘅黑松露香味味道好鮮好香,燴飯煙煙韌韌食落去特別有口感。西班牙海鮮焗飯,有大蝦,青口,蜆肉材料相當豐富,加上香草檸檬汁調味,令到海鮮味更加突出,啲海鮮亦都好新鮮好鮮甜,整體嘅味道非常夾,呢個簡直係必試嘅推介。
