鐘意四圍去玩戶外活動係因為做運動可以create quota食更多之餘,又可以去平日甚少去嘅區域探索美食,今次去完新娘潭附近玩繩降,就去大埔覓食,嚟到朋友推介嘅日式居酒屋,感覺非常cozy。由於為食嘅我地係去小店途中已拜訪左區內另一名物粉果燒賣,原本唸住order少d 碳水化合物,點知最終都係太耐冇食壽司order左唔少haha。先嚟清酒煮硯,硯肉清甜冇沙,有淡淡清酒飄香,$58/客可謂份量超多超抵!再嚟一串生燒牛舌同雞腎,店主超豪邁咁送上一大塊檸檬。燒牛舌惹味爽口,雞腎有咬口,作小食非常唔錯!Order左12件嘅壽司盛盒,有油甘魚、鯛魚、三文魚、墨魚、北寄貝、芥末八爪魚,另加多客油甘魚、柚子胡椒帶子、汁燒左口魚壽司。最愛油甘魚壽司,肥美甘香。汁燒左口魚壽司則油脂滿滿,同柚子清香嘅柚子胡椒帶子壽司成強烈對比。鯛魚、三文魚都相當ok~ 吃得好飽滿載而歸~ continue reading
