很久沒吃過這間上海小店,昨晚帶公公👴🏻婆婆🧓🏻一起去這間上海小店,雖然時間變遷,但是味道😋與情感不變,依然咁好味😋🍽必吃小店小菜:🥟上海小籠包即叫即蒸,皮薄煙韌,一咬落去即有湯汁嗌出,肉質嫩滑。🍜上海粗炒粗麵夠煙韌,麵中有蔬菜、肉絲、醬汁,粗麵吸盡所有味道,一定要配搭辣椒醬令其更惹味。🍲砂鍋雲吞雞煲這道湯菜味道鮮美,雲吞大大紹菜吸收了雞肉的精華,送飯一流。🫓銀絲卷/炸饅頭炸到卜卜脆,小朋友最喜歡加煉奶一齊吃,非常美味! continue reading

晏晝屋企人話想食上海客飯,上網搵到顯徑唔錯既上海菜,即刻同屋企人去試下先!😋食上海客飯,當然唔少得點鱔糊同埋回鍋肉啦😆再加埋個高力豆沙同小籠包🐉!諗起都流口水🤤🤤先上黎2碗例湯,個湯料好足料😋但味道有少少淡,不過亦表示冇落味精😳抵讚👍 銀芽鱔糊客飯套餐   $65跟著上菜嘅係熱辣辣嘅鱔糊,好耐冇食過一間咁高水準的鱔糊😋鱔糊去骨好乾淨,一啲碎骨哽口嘅感覺都冇,而且銀芽爽脆,個醬汁又調得啱啱好,撈埋一齊餸飯一流!高質👍 回鍋肉客飯套餐  $55隨之以來的回鍋肉完美體現上海菜嘅特點🥰濃汁厚味🤤香味濃郁🐷豬肉肥瘦相間!椰菜炒得油亮油亮🌟唔健康就係架啦😂不過真係好好味👍係兩碟正餸嘅助攻底下,成碗飯轉眼就唔見左🤣 小籠包 $40 5隻我最鐘意嘅小籠包就係之後到達,小籠包皮唔算太厚,但係夾起包嘅時候佢唔會穿👍將個小籠包完整放係匙羹上面,跟住從佢上面嘅洞用嘴吸入鮮味嘅湯汁😌簡直就係人間享受!入面嘅湯汁超多,吸完一啖仲有一啖🤤享用完湯汁,將鎮江薑醋倒落個洞到同小籠包一齊放入口,剛飲完汁嘅少許肥膩當堂消失左😳同時出現豬肉嘅鮮味,非常高質嘅小籠包!😆 高力豆沙$70 6粒高力豆沙係好難整嘅甜品,呢度即叫即做🤩蛋白鬆軟,點埋沙糖食真係一流,略嫌豆沙少左啲啲,不過都係唔錯嘅高力豆沙! 總括而言,呢間嘅CP值都幾高!亦好難得食到高質嘅鱔糊同小籠包🤤推薦大家想食上海菜可以一試!😉 continue reading

我唔知佢哋個廚係喺追求美味嘅道路上行咗條較為獨特嘅偏僻路線,定係根本毫不尊重自己職業,呢間嘢難食到一個點係我忍唔住要上嚟打篇文。霸王雞份量雖然正常,不過隻雞本身一大陣雪味,咩醬料都掩蓋唔到嗰種味道,諗住雪味係好多餐廳嘅通病,殊不知酒釀湯丸先係大boss,個湯唔知佢落咩去煮,呢道甜品大大話話喺唔同餐廳都食過不下數十次,但今次呢個味道簡直係顛覆我對「酒釀XX」嘅既有印象,又冇桂花香味、只有奇怪又唔吸引嘅酒味,試咗少少之後我筆湯圓嗰陣都要盡量避開啲湯,到粒湯圓,我冇期望佢哋自己包,但諗住即使叫貨返嚟都唔至於太差啦,一咬,我錯了,原來湯圓都係一個味蕾新衝擊嚟,個餡又燶又乾,一入口就成浸𤓓味,其實每樣嘢如果廚房自己有稍為試下都唔會捧得出去俾人食。各位切勿以身試伏。 continue reading
