To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身諗住再去阿里山買黑塘珍珠奶茶，但係去到冇開，去咗對面呢間天仁茗茶買黑塘珍珠奶茶試吓全間鋪得一個staff, 見佢對客D態度超差，完全唔想做，完全係求其整，我叫左兩杯，一杯少甜，但係飲落去係超甜，成杯野味道超怪，珍珠有1 D係淋，有1 D係超硬，嘩我俾1杯36蚊嘅價錢，換來一杯不知所謂嘅奶茶，我唔會再幫襯

夏天天熱炎熱，有乜野好得過飲珍珠奶茶，邪惡一番。天仁茗茶，見到好多分店，一於試試，叫左香芋鮮奶綠加珍珠，呢d茶來講珍珠真係好重要，有d咬口，如沒有就像飲一杯普通奶茶一樣，好快飲完。因為怕肥所以揀了小甜，又因為小甜才能飲出淡淡茶香，又有奶味，另估佢唔到既係，它的香芋竟然是真的切粒香芋，好驚喜，加埋珍珠，一杯野飲已飽哂，豐富的下午茶。

早上到店舖，見幾位員工已在店內，問嗰員工幾時開工，佢十問九唔應，之後再問，佢帶點嘲笑語氣話佢都唔知喎，佢啱啱先返工，點知幾時先開到工，亦冇建議客人幾時可以返來買飲品或先下單。建議給員工作基本的禮貌培圳。
