To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日會到灣仔分店午餐，指定套餐C-牛的質素很好，環境不錯，半自助餐亦提供多款食物。今天星期六想食牛角，第一次到尖沙咀店，同一款套餐C，那些牛肉完全不同檔次，牛肉是鞋的，薄薄的，不是平時灣仔店那些！環境暗淡是不錯的，但職員質素有待改善。

本身好中意個關東煮，天氣凍食夠暖身，點知今日去到，見到setting 唔同左，都覺得奇怪了，諗住自己多心啦。點知，個湯底完全唔同左，連個蘿蔔都可以冇味🫠覺得連donki 都可以好食過佢牛肉昆布湯得肥同咸兩個字牛五花over 70% 係肥，even 燒完之後，一入口，都係全口油叫埋單叫極都冇人理之前通常都係weekday 食，第一次weekend 食，希望只係因為太多客先係咁（但其實都唔係旺），唔明點解會差左咁多😮💨

一行7人book左枱同朋友慶祝生日，一開始店員話比兩張4人枱當佢帶我地入座果陣，場內另一店員嗌機話果枱客未走，要等多陣，前後等左大概5-10分鐘先可以入座，感覺間野溝通不良咁因為我地有帶蛋糕，帶位依個店員都幫我地雪住蛋糕先用qr code點食物，有部分漏單都算了，一路食一路點，係冇人收碟！！一隻空碟，唔收兩隻空碟疊埋，唔收野食一路黎一路有空碟，張枱冇乜位剩，都唔收最搞笑其中一次送完食物黎，睇住佢想收碟，但下一秒縮返手！！！即係點？收？唔收？收？唔收？？最後要專登出聲表示張枱就黎冇位擺野先肯收碟埋單果陣，我地又表示有兩個蛋糕，想上埋先，同埋想執一執枱前後叫左3-4次，單就埋左，枱又冇人執，蛋糕又冇拎黎…到過晒用餐時間先執枱同拎兩個蛋糕黎！今時今日飲食業人手唔夠都唔洗咁樣下話，服務費收左，但連基本服務都欠奉！差！！
