網購了一份北海道時令廚師發辦壽司一人前套餐,今天來品嚐。餐廳位於一棟酒店的樓層內,出了尖東地鐵站行去也很方便。我們在平日中午惠顧,上到餐廳未有其他客人,待應安排坐在壽司吧前面,可以看到廚師為我們做壽司。這次買的套餐是包括了六件壽司,一碗迷你角切海鮮丼和一杯飲品。廚司每做好一件壽司就放在你面前的碟上,你可以夾入口品嚐。吃完一件他才做第二件給你吃,真是可可慢慢細嚼,慢慢品味。第一件,帶子壽司,帶子非常鮮甜,一大片把壽司飯全蓋上。第二件,紅綢壽司,紅綢劃上的花紋,肉質也非常甜美。第三件,魷魚壽司,魷魚也是𠝹上花紋,一節一節的魚片,入口爽。第四件,炙燒三文魚壽司,燒過的魚肉滲出淡淡油脂香味,入口味濃郁。第五件,蟹肉壽司,一梳一梳的蟹肉附在壽司飯上,蟹肉鮮甜美味。第六件,三文魚籽壽司,粒粒魚籽都是橙紅橙紅的,晶瑩透明,入口有絲絲魚腥味,細細咬破,魚籽油在口內回甘。迷你角切海鮮丼,一小碗內包含了剛才吃過的海鮮食材,混和了青瓜粒、酸蘿蔔粒、玉子粒,細碎的蝦乾,芝麻等,吃起來口感很好,壽司飯味道鹹甜合適,這碗丼很好吃。飲品可選清酒或無酒精飲料,我們各選一款。選清酒的可自選清酒杯,很有趣。另一杯是青檸梳打,夠凍夠氣。全份套餐份量不多,吃完了我們覺得未夠飽,不過勝在全部食材都新鮮,網購價合理,體驗也是不錯。 continue reading

同一班朋友聚會,係朋友推介之下揀咗呢一間鐵板燒,佢哋1月1日喺度食過對哩間食物同服務不停讚好,極力推介我哋去呢一間,,當晚老闆招呼非常之熱情,又送清酒,表演唱歌,又彈結他,成晚氣氛高漲,我哋揀咗個餐,大約700幾再加100幾揀咗個日本牛,好有口感,好Juice,之後又order咗啲刺身(有拖羅,池魚,蠔🦪等等☝️)超級新鮮,佢哋會將個龍蝦,除咗熱食之外,又會將多餘嘅整返個湯俾我哋食,仲有刺身俾我哋,一味三食,都係大約千幾一位,價錢都好抵 continue reading
