I recently had the opportunity to try the omakase menu at the 4-star hotel's sushi restaurant, and while the overall experience was okay, the sushi itself was only average, though still better than typical conveyor belt sushi. Within expectation. Priced at $298 plus 10% service charge, the omakase menu included 10 pieces of sushi, a salad, chawanmushi, a roll, soup, and dessert. The seafood, including the sashimi, was mostly sourced directly from Japan, which is a positive.However, the sushi, while fresh, lacked the exceptional quality and attention to detail. The rice was properly seasoned, but the fish itself did not stand out as particularly impressive or memorable.The chawanmushi, roll, and soup were all competently prepared and complemented the sushi well. The service was not attentive, and the staff couldn’t provided useful information about the dishes.The sushi, while better than conveyor belt sushi, was average. If you're looking for a solid sushi meal in a nice setting, this omakase offering could be worth considering. But for those seeking a truly exceptional, high-end sushi experience, you may want to look elsewhere.

5月中，男朋友生日，佢好鍾意食蠔，所以上網周圍八吓邊度啲蠔正。唔覺意睇到一間係九龍富豪酒店入邊嘅日本料理，仲見佢做緊優惠set，所以就同男朋友去試吓，點知....超級大驚喜，食才好新鮮，擺盤又靚，服務又好，最重要係CP值高。尖東地段，酒店入邊，店舖寬敞，交通方便。食過一次後，馬上約齊幾個女仔嚟返個閨蜜之夜。6月個優惠set更加優惠，就連朋友們都話估唔到尖東嘅酒店入邊有間咁有水準價錢又唔貴嘅日本餐廳。飲飽食醉，每人都係600蚊。又白酒，又生蠔，又龍蝦，又刺身，又壽司。一定會再幫襯❤️

之前去食左佢午市既 omakase $298 （15品）覺得性價比好高。。所以番去再試佢地既晚餐因為而家仲做緊晚市單點8折叫左佢地個刺身拼盤$798，好新鮮，好鮮甜櫻花蝦炸豆腐好香脆有我都好鍾意食既鵝肝多士，牛舌仲叫左佢地d西式少少既野，牛扒，生蠔，羊架樣樣都好正。。。今次安排左個卡位比我地。。圍住我地都係蝴蝶裝飾。。都唔錯個環境。其實係酒店入面個價錢算中等。。同cafe差唔多。。。。仲要而家有8折。真心覺得好抵。。餐牌仲有好多都咪試。。應該下次會再黎食。。

今次嚟到呢一間位於九龍富豪酒店入邊嘅日本餐廳食lunch set。 今次和同事一齊去食。 平日午餐時間唔算太多人，好快就可以入到去。 🥰 門口招待殷勤。 今次我揀咗9號餐照燒安格斯牛扒定食！ 上菜嘅時候，盤上有沙律、麵豉湯、牛扒同埋白飯。 個牛扒燒得好好👍🏻 名不虛傳，點埋佢個汁一齊食更加正 ！ 野飲方面，會有一杯餐飲加埋，熱飲同埋凍飲一樣跟埋餐。 熱飲杯個份量就比較少，如果想飲多啲嘅話，其實可以揀返凍飲，可以揀少冰。 （純粹個人意😀）
